The transfer blew outin my neighborhood & at least 6 houses were without power. Dominion has no emergency customer service for things like this. All I got was an autovoice. Thats not helpful. It doesn't understand English. And people work from home. How am I suppose to work if Dominion Energy don't fix their Transformer so that I can work? But when they send a bill they want their money. So, apparently I guess they won't be getting any money if they don't work.

If your lights are flickering and dim when the dish washer, washing machine, or drier come on, CALL THE ELECTRIC COMPANY, NOT AN ELECTRICIAN, RIGHT AWAY! We had that on Arrie Lane, called an electrician, and after 2 visits and over $385 charge, he determined that the ground wire on the power pole coming into the house was entirely loose, which could burn out our all our electric appliances and maybe cause a fire. The Dominion Energy linemen came within 20 minutes, and fixed it in 30 minutes free of charge. They came back this morning at 7:45, and in 30 minutes, replaced the 200 foot line from the road to the house in 30 minutes! In addition, they were all heroes, VERY genial, friendly, and professional. They should run for president and vice president of the USA!

Replaced a panel for a family and completed the work by 1:30 p.m. Took almost 5 hours for someone to show up and push the meter back in (a 10 minute job). This makes it near impossible for a small business owner to make a schedule and be efficient to help customers. Truly sad to see customer service at a standard like this.

Customer service n communication is next to nill. Set up activation several days ago for gas to be turned on today, website said to be home between 8-5 and expect a call when they're otw. No calls all day n when I call the service center they just tell me they'll be here n that they'll call n can't give me specifics on who n when. Why have it set to schedule a day for activation if it won't be turned in that day? We took off work to make sure this happens n still stuck with no hot water or heat in the end.

Dominion Energy takeover is the worst thing to happen. No wonder there was mass retirement from SCANA & SCE&G. It was a run don't walk mentality! And then...they CLOSED all the walkin offices accept N Lake in BF Lexington....well that's real convenient. If I could live without power...I would. Had to leave 1 star because that's needed to leave a review.

We had a tree fall in our backyard and take out a power line in the middle of the night. I called the emergency downed power lines number and Dominion was on the scene within 30-40 minutes. They evaluated the scene and moved all power lines to a secure location in the backyard. The weather head was ripped off our house, so they could not restore power until an electrician replaced that. They recommended emergency electricians and apologized profusely that they could not do more.We were able to get an emergency electrician out first thing in the morning. As soon as the electrician was done, we called Dominion to come back out to reconnect the power. Again, it only took them about 30 minutes to get on scene. Stephen and Gail (spelling?) worked quickly to get the lines back up and power restored. Thanks to their fast acting (and the fact action of the electrician), our power was restored in only 15 hours. Stephen and Gail also noticed that our friends had just arrived to help us start chopping the tree and removing it from the yard. They stayed behind to saw the tree into moveable pieces to make our jobs easier. They really went the extra mile in a way that we never would’ve expected! They cut our time probably more than half—which was much appreciated on a hot July afternoon! The quick response times, apologetic attitude, and extra mile of the Dominion employees was outstanding! We were thoroughly impressed and thankful to have such a trustworthy company to work with!

So the house had a branch fall on the power line. I call them, they come out to look, and it turns out it broke the weather head. The technician says "Hey, buy a new one, let us know when it's here, and we'll come out to install it." Fine. I buy a new one and then I give them a call. They say "Hey, we've already been to that house, don't need to go again" and close the ticket. Never show. I call them again this morning. And I get the "Not my job" answer. Not ONLY that, but I get the "You need to call us out to disconnect it, then YOU have to install the weatherhead. (It takes less than 5 minutes to do) Then we have to inspect it to make sure you've done it properly. THEN you'll have to call us back out to re-connect it. Oh, and until then, the house will have no power. Probably a day or 2. Absolutely atrocious behavior. But don't worry, you don't have a choice but to go through them for power.

How are they still in business? They take advantage of everybody. where is some government entity to regulate them. Just read the reviews (real reviews). They have people that’s affiliated with the company to post. I was about to complain, but I see too many complaints that they are robbing people. literally overcharging if this was a person they will be in jail by now. I stayed on the phone for over an hour and 46 minutes just to be rudely talked to, and the person hung up the phone. No I did not get disrespectful. I was simply trying to ask questions and she got upset with me and disconnected the phone call.

Popped a tire on our rv pulling into a gas station parking lot at exit 91 off of rt 26. 3 amazing dominion energy employees went out of their way to help up replace the tire. They even filled up the rest of the tires to make sure they had the right pressure! They were life savers! So grateful for them!!

For the last few years I was on the budget plan. Now I'm not, and my bills have been a hundred dollars or less. I haven't changed anything, bit I'm still wondering why it's less even at looking at pass usage use, my bills should have never been as high.

They are the most unprofessional company. If you call the state regulator on them the regulator will call them and they lie about what was done and said. They don't record calls like they say they do they type notes about what you say but they put what they want to put down and lie about it. I have proof they lied to the Government.
