Actually No Stars...The store was totally trashed, filthy,stock very empty..No bags sign on the door.. Whomever runs this store..You need to close for a few days, clean the store, stock the store . I used to work at the Marshalls there and the store was always dirty and not stocked..I haven't been in there since January, thought I would try it again..Just Please SHUT DOWN and GET YOUR STORE TOGETHER..

This the third location in this area that I have visited in the past 3 weeks that was not open during advertised hours. It is 4:45pm on Tuesday 6/25, and the doors are locked. Please adjust your hours, hire more help to cover your schedules and business hours, or close the store locations entirely. This is absolutely ridiculous.

One of the worst DT I’ve ever visited. Merch all in the floor, shelves sparse and boxes stacked in aisles. I definitely won’t come back to this location!!

Extremely unorganized, depleted of stock, and severely understaffed. Only one register open (when there’s a max of 3-4 in total) and even then just a teenager, who barely talks or knows what he’s doing.
For a store on HARBISON…this can’t work, they need to turn this around asap if they want to survive!

One person on register, he never talked, except to curse when he didn't have enough change, stood in line for 40 minutes waiting, no one else working to be found to help. More disappointed in managers, not the first time this has happened. Store is messy, unkempt, and disorganized. Honestly

This store is pure trash. What should be a profitable location has been ran into the ground. A lack of properly trained staff and senior manager who cares about the store are the issues. Reece always has an attitude and has stated that she doesn't care, they won't fire her. If they have a regional they ether don't know how bad this store is or they just don't care. They need to clean house and replace the entire staff.

I bought a buggy full of items and not able to push the cart to my car! Shopping carts not allowed outside are a major inconvenience to customers!! Also rude cashier, no greeting so typical to customers that look like me AWFUL!! I said thank you, she said yup!! So ridiculously rude!! When will people in this world understand that we can live better respecting each other! DO BETTER DOLLAR TREE!!!!

NO STARS for Recee The cashier wouldn't even service me while she stood there stealing company time and locked the doors 15minutes before the actual time of closing UNACCEPTABLE When I asked for corporate number I was informed by Recee that "they ain't gone do nuthin!" WOW! I believe that her manager was in the phone to confirm this awful behavior. Around the holidays? Geesh arent they called holiday hours for a reason. NO STARS.
