I had searched almost an hour for a jump start. Got the run around from my roadside assistance company. I was so glad to find this gentleman in a goggle search. His price made the other guys seem like thieves. He was very kind, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. It's a win-win situation for me!!! Try him & see.. ??

Direct Roadside Assistance this guy went over and beyond to get my company Truck on and back on the Road. He got it running and staying to make sure everything would go smoothly. Definitely recommend and if ever in the South Carolina Area and need help he would be my first Choice. Thanks again!!!!

Joe was great, responsive on a Saturday nt to replace a tire, he went out and bought a tire for us, we cash app’d him, & he drove from 2 hrs away to help us out. An honorable guy, with reasonable prices. We appreciated his assistance. We’d recommend Joe for sure

Joseph was SO helpful. Locked myself out of the car while at Sam’s and he was there to get me in my car in NO TIME!! Very professional and super efficient. Took him less than 5 minutes to get me back in my vehicle. Thank you so much for the excellent service!!!

Was having car trouble late at night -- car wouldn't start, so I called Direct Roadside Assistance and told Joe what was going on. He let me know how far away he was, I paid through Venmo, and about 20 minutes later he was able to get my car jumped and running again. He even offered to check codes on my car. Effecive and efficient service, and a very personable guy!
