I came to get a two hour service done just to end up waiting 6+ hours. They have no idea what they’re doing , they’ll tell you it’ll take a certain amount of time and they be playing with your vehicle the entire time. Overpriced and the customer service was a 1 out of 10! They don’t care they just want your money! I recommend Lexington location every single time!

This place was very unprofessional. I was basically not given good customer service right off the bat as I went to talk to the finance manager. Carol had an off putting attitude and was very dismissive. Then I was told one thing but when I returned another in which I would've had to pay out 300 that day for. I will never go back there. If I could give zero stars I would.

This place has to be the definition of terrible customer service. the service area lacks job knowledge, integrity, professionalism, and the respect for not only customers but human beings. Then if coupled with other reviews there seems to be a systemic cancer within the staff. Life is too short to invest time and money to be lied to, looked down on and over charged. Lack of product knowledge or ensuring repeat business. I give -.8 stars and that's negative
