Always with the upsell of things we already had done when my girl brings the car in for service. Tech literally faked a "hesitation" that has never happened to try to upsell her a tune up. 3rd time trying to pull this. Just do the oil change and rotate the tires. Dont make stuff up. Now we wont even come back for that or anything else the car will actually need. Makes me fearful to even bring the car there for fear of them just doing something to it to sell something.

My experience was amazing. Porter Curry went above and beyond to ensure I understood every detail about the vehicle, and also compared the vehicle to different models. He even came in on his day off to seal the deal.

Please ,please do not take your vehicle there. Travel out of town. The customer service sucks. The racial tensions is very loud. One of the sales person (Keith) voiced his opinion out in the open about the smells of smoke from someone’s vehicle. Then had the nerve to look at me. Totally not what you expect for Infiniti service. They have no loaners only for specific people. Just over this place. Feel sorry for people that have to deal with this particular dealership. If I could rate them 0 I would.

Very expensive !! Over charged me... $265 for an oil change then realized I was overcharged and then charged me $155. The excuse I kept hearing was. "You have a Mercedes engine"...

I have to tell you how great these people are,
I was traveling from Raleigh, NC to Spring Valley CC.
My kids had a golf tournament there, and we were traveling, and I stopped at a gas station along the way, to fill up the tank, and my car completely shut off once we stopped.
I had to call for roadside assistance, and they helped jump start it, which I was thankful.
I went to a battery company, a few minutes away from the gas station, to get it diagnosed, and the lady didn’t really know what she was doing, and she said it was the starter.
I was freaking out, how could it be the starter?
I called up the Infiniti dealership, and said I was two hours away, and that I needed help because they told me my starter was not working properly. I did not want to turn the car off, I just wanted to keep driving to get there.
When I arrived, a tall, pretty, slender lady greeted me as I stepped out of the car, and she was extremely welcoming and polite. She had me come inside, and have a seat in the air condition. She said she would get me with the service manager as soon as she could.
Then the front desk lady greeted me as well, and offered me snacks and drinks, she was very kind too.
Then, in about five minutes, the service manager came, and had me come back to his office. I explained what happened, and then he came outside to look at the SUV.
Anyways, the person that worked on my battery 3 months ago, left the battery cable very loose, and he said your battery cable is loose, on the positive terminal,
he said, hold on, and he went to his office and got a wrench, make sure the terminals connections were all the way down and then he tightened it up, to make a solid connection.
Then he turned the SUV on and off about five times to check it, and it worked every time. He said that was the problem. The battery terminal was loose on the positive end. He said, I don’t think it has anything to do with the starter. I was glad I was dealing with professionals, and they really knew what they were doing.
I had a big smile on my face, and I asked him how much I owe them, he shook my hand and said we were glad to help you, and I hope you have a great day.
I was amazed, and here is the great thing about it all, I was praying to God the whole time as I was driving, and I asked God to really show up. To give me a favor, and help me out a lot with my car issue. I said, God give me the right people to work with.
I saw God working through all these people in an amazing way during my visit, that day, they were so king and polite and professional, and I was so happy about it.

Strongly recommend you take your vehicle elsewhere as they do not do thorough work and take it upon themselves to add items to your bill. This was not always the case however this is how they operate as of 6/8.
