I purchased a 2022 Rav4 from this location that did not come with the All Weather Matts. The Sales Associate, who they’ve let me know recently was fired for trying to take a customer out on a date and having multiple complaints from other customers, tried to get me to buy floor mats through him with with cash for $300 using his employee discount. Well when I got my car home and realized I needed to hurry up and get mats because it’s be raining all week so I went to the dealership closest to me and got the same mats he promised me for $164! I confronted the employee about it and giving him the benefit of the doubt because surely he wouldn’t be trying to pocket the rest of the money from me. He of course told me that was just their markup but when you go to Toyota’s parts website you can buy them online and pick up at their location and it’s $156 (today’s price) but MSRP IS $199.00! So even if he paid full price with his discount he would be pocketing over $100!!
I tried talking to a manager Zeke about this but he kept cutting me off and telling me “I know you’re in a complaining mood but what do you want me to do about it?” Who talks to customers like that? He tried to say he rectified the situation by letting that employee go so the problem is solved but as a female it’s so much more than that and he was completely dismissive. He tried to give me a back handed compliment by saying I was smart shopper and I looked around to get the best deal but the issue is the trust I put in your employee should not require me to do so! Especially for floor mats of all things. I asked to speak to a higher up today thinking they would be apologetic and understanding but was met with him almost backing the fired employee! Saying those mats would cost $300 and telling me that he was trying to get me a deal!
Before buying the car they promised they would fix my windshield, when it came time to do the repair said sales associate was no where to be found and someone else had to set up a time to get it fixed. They fixed the crack poorly and it is now back and both managers are telling me that’s what insurance is for! I have never felt so gaslit in my life!
Ladies, when looking to buy a car I implore you to look elsewhere.

I will come back with an update after I talk to my service advisor (D.B.), as he has left for the night. We bought the ExtraCare package for our Toyota and just picked up my Tundra (2nd of 3 oil changes and rotations). After the first time, we had suspicions that the rotation did not happen. So, this time, I physically marked on the tire (1-4 and their position) to see if they got rotated. They did not. I've left a message for the advisor, as he's left for the night. Unsatisfied with the dishonesty, not to mentioned they're on you and on you and on you about having to do things. D.B., luckily did not do this to me this time, he understood that part, so thankful. Let's see what they say and I'll glad come back here and update
