I waited 4 1/2 hours for an oil change that was scheduled, and they didn't put air in my tires (low tire pressure light was on) or reset my light which led to the service advisor giving me a $25 discount. If I'm paying $300+ for an oil change I expect to have everything that's included.Update: Since my service date, I've noticed a knocking sound when I would turn on my car. I called back and informed the service department of this issue and was informed that I needed to pay an additional $250 for them to look at my car, which is insane. This was my first oil change since purchasing this vehicle and they were the only people to have worked on my vehicle. Before coming to them, you could barely tell that my car was running, now it's extremely loud and noticeable. I will not be spending an additional $250 just for you to keep my car for an additional 4.5 hours and not take accountability.I wish I could post a video for everyone to hear it.I do not recommend their service department.

We had a9:30 appointment and I dropped my car off but at 4:30 I had not heard anything about my car. They never looked at my car! The next day I had to call again and finally it was ready at 1:00.If I have an appointment I expect my car to get fixed.I was very disappointed in the lack of courtesy that was displayed. The car only needed a computer software upgrade.

This was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Roy Chaney was the best sales person ever. He was super patient and very informative. He even picked me up at another dealership while my old car was getting a recall fixed just so I could drive a Volvo car the entire day to get a feel for it. No high pressure sales at all and the whole buying process was easy and efficient. I highly recommend!

We were traveling through Columbia and needed a new battery. They were able to squeeze us in that afternoon! We were so grateful for that and the awesome customer service. The team; especially Boyce was super helpful.

Always a pleasant experience. Jill Lara sold me my Mercedes and she was AWESOME! My purchasing process was quick, easy and stress free. Almost 6 months after my purchase I got a nail in my tire. Jared Goodman got my tire ordered and service scheduled for the next day. That experience was pleasant as well. It was also quick and easy and Jared was exceptionally nice and also danced along to my daughters rendition of baby shark as his completed my paperwork! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Mercedes or Volvo! Awesome team of people.

I give this company five stars because I was greeted in a professional manner, escorted to where I could sit and came back to get me once my vehicle was finish at a very decent time. The gentleman who had the paperwork for my vehicle was very kind. They did a good job on my airbag recall and even answered my questions pertaining to some other issues about my vehicle. To top everything off they even gave my vehicle a good shine outside and vacuum my floors. Thanks and keep up the amazing work. I'll be back soon!!!

My customer's were travelling late afternoon on Saturday and had a flat tire on their Mercedes. I cant thank Neal Bray in sales and John Madison in service enough for helping our customer's out. They went above and beyond to ensure the customer's were taken care of and got back on the road. This included, but was not limited to providing after hours service on a Saturday night. Thank you for going the extra mile!!!

I'm not familiar with Columbia, I'm from Rock Hill South Carolina and she was so sweet she took me to this parking lot and let me drove the car to get used to it ? and as I was driving she pointed out everything about the car. And I bought the car and love it and drove it off the car lot on my own back to Rock Hill thanks so much Jill, love My? you left me.

WOW! Jill Lara made our first car buying experience so memorable! My husband and I felt like we were working with family to figure out what car fit us best; we never felt like we were being sold anything. Jill listened to our desires, questions, and concerns and advocated for us every step of the way!! The entire team, Sonata, Neal, and Ray were such a pleasure to work with. I bought a very nice car there. The sales person was very nice. That’s great. I’m appreciative. All the people who work in sales or service are very nice.Then they try to charge me $1900 to do 4 tires. I got them done for 600. Then it was 1500 for a transmission flush that was quoted to me for $689 by a different Mercedes dealership.It’s really inappropriate to be ripping people off like that. It’s completely unnecessary. You’re selling Mercedes. You’re making plenty of money. Why be greedy?If you’re looking for a Mercedes dealership to service your vehicle, I recommend Augusta Georgia.

I would not recommend anyone to buy a bottle of water from the dealership! They lack any resemblance of customer service and have poor guidance from leadership. It was my intention to purchase a car from this dealership and was told it was being shipped in from another location. The communication from the salesman was very poor and he had no idea where the car was in the shipping process. I had to make multiple calls for updates and when I did get some correspondence, it was via text message. I did a face-to-face pop up to get some clarity and ended up just getting my money back. Waited almost two weeks just to walk away with no vehicle. Piss poor reflection of the Mercedes-Benz brand. Anyone looking to buy a car, they need to look elsewhere. This is not the place. They are ruining the brand image of Mercedes-Benz.

My experience with Barbara and all staff was AMAZING. She didn't hassle me or try to pressure me. I had my pre-approval, test drove the vehicle, signed my documents, and was out the door. This was my first Mercedes purchase. I'm excited. I would definitely purchase with this company again.

I brought in my plug-in hybrid two months ago because it was not charging. In February. I was told their charger is not working. I have brought the car in three times since each time the part was not in. They promised that the part will be in by mid March. Here it is in the April and still no part. I paid extra for this function. I was told that the parts department would call me and let me know when it would be in. I never received a call from them either. I have been patient calm polite. I'm just frustrated.A year ago I took the car in for damaged rim. I had bought extra insurance from Dick Dyer for road hazard. The service rep said the computer said I had not purchased the extra coverage. I had to find the copies and take it in. Come in with cash to buy a car they love you to death. Have a problem with that car they treat you like you had the plague.
