I originally wanted a gel manicure and changed my mind, I then asked if I could look at the regular nail polishes. To which I was told that they have no regular polish in the entire shop. I finished my service and got the gel even though I knew that I had been lied to. Friends that went here previously told me that they did in fact have regular polish, and I will not be going here again. It just seems like they want money instead of doing what the customer asks for.

I received the basic pedicure price 35.00
I had tipped my technician $7.00 cash. When owning I was short . I has additional money in the car. I paid 5.00 on my card. He then informed me that I was charged 1 25 for using my card. Had I known that I would have gotten the money out of my car. This my second visit to this spa. My nail tech wS nice but the polish is to thick.

Very friendly and professional atmosphere! If you’re looking for a nail home this is definitely it! Always going to find quality in your experience here. Tom and Ba hands down are the greatest to ever do it!

Would not recommend this place for acrylic. The lady that did mines only look like 15-20 minutes on a full set and she clearly did not prep them very well. They all started popping off after a week and 1/2, and I can usually make them last about 3 weeks. Not the kindest customer service either.

I absolutely love this nail studio. The service is outstanding and the quality of their nail services excellent. The parlor is clean and bright and there is plenty of parking in the back. I’ve been coming here for several years and they always do an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure no matter how complex the design.

I was in town to bring my son to a function with his girlfriend at USC!!!! I asked her where to get a pedicure...she told her sorority sister comes here....i made an appointment online & they were ready for me! I was absolutely blessed with MAI!!! She gave the best massage of any spa I've been to!!!! I was not interested in chit chat & she read into that!!!!!! The massage chair was the deepest chair massage I've encountered anywhere!!!!! Deluxe for sure!!!!! I'm so happy I found this salon as I was in need of some pampering!!!!

Employees were beyond rude - it was obvious they were laughing at and speaking poorly of customers. Nail technician was watching videos on their phone while working on my manicure, all while their TV was blaring with some weird documentary. Just an overall awful experience that I can’t believe I paid money for.

Devine St. always does the best job on my nails. It took me a while to find a nail salon I loved coming to USC for college; however this is the place to go!
