I would highly recommend David Fine Jewelry. David Fine Jewelry provides fine jewelry that is beautiful, durable, and affordable. Matt and his staff designed a second ring to add to my wedding band and it is elegant. I get compliments as I wear it daily. I have been a customer for over 15 years, and Matt and his staff have always provided excellent customer service. Matt often greets me and other customers by name. After years of growing up with my dad buying jewelry for my sister, mom, and me, I could not imagine gong anywhere else for my wedding set! My fiancé and I bought a stunning set years ago. We saved the receipt and were told to come back and upgrade when you are ready! Came back with the original receipt and was told that they would NOT upgrade the rings, would NOT trade the rings, would NOT honor the sale, would NOT NOT NOT! The entire interaction was rude and humiliating. If you're not going to honor a store policy when a huge purchase is made, perhaps there is a better way to communicate that when a customer is excited to come in and upgrade, ie spend more money, than humiliating them and ensuring that they will never step foot in your store again!

I will never go anywhere else to have my watch worked on. The gentleman at this store is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and always eager to help you. This is just an overall terrific business with great personel and customer service.

My husband purchased my rings from this jeweler and they have been nothing but incredible! I go here routinely to get my rings cleaned and dipped, and they are always willing to help. I HIGHLY recommend them for all of your jewelry needs. We will be sure to purchase from them again.

I found the perfect ring for my fiance here. The owner and staff really took time to help me. I went to a couple places and honestly Davids has the best quality of jewelry that I came across. I would Definitely recommend them if it's quality you are looking for. Thanks guys

Amazing customer service. Staff was extremely helpful with fixing many pieces of jewelry for my mother in law, and spent time with us going through some family pieces and more sentimental costume pieces as well. We are looking forward to doing more business w them. They even helped me search for a piece of jewelry that I misplaced while going into parking lot. Incredible work and customer service. Highly recommend

Shortened a gold bracelet for me as it no longer fit correctly. They even fixed the locking clasp for me as well, as it was very loose though I didn’t say anything about it beforehand, small fix or not, that was very nice!! Thanks ☺️

Absolutely terrible service. I came here to have them look at a piece of jewelry that I needed some repairs on. The woman at the front was extremely rude. Unbelievably rude. I have had encounters in stores before, that may not have been there best, or maybe they were having a little bit of a rough day, so they come off a little rude. But this was completely different. I've never written a review like this before, ever. I cannot speak for everyone there. One woman was pretty nice. But, the woman who helped me was so rude, and has no idea what customer service is. I was actually in shock with how she treated me. She had no desire to help me at all. The bad part is that I am in the market to buy a few pieces in the near future. No way I'll go there to buy anything. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I actually went here because my mom recommend it and the reviews looked great. I left feeling bad, and thinking to myself, I'll never step foot in this store again. I don't know what's happened here, but I'll make sure everyone I know, knows not to come here.
