Called the day before & scheduled an appt for the next day. She didn't speak a ton of English so she texted me but I got small knotless braids to my waist for $250 she started at like 11a & was finished by 3:30p. 2 women worked on my head. they are neat & I'll def. be back

Three huge braids were $100 compared to single box braids for $220. The price doesn’t add up to why 3 braids was that much. That is why I gave 3 stars and the style was okay

The worst experience ever . I called early this morning to enquire about getting my hair braided . They told me to send pictures of how I wanted it and told me they could do it . First I was told 1pm was the time I could come , then I was told to come at 3. I get to the shop and no one is ready to braid my hair. I wait for 35 minutes because the person wasn’t there yet. Another braided I’m assuming the owner, told me she could do it and ask the person in her chair If she minded her braiding my hair . The girl said she didn’t mind. I sit in her chair and she asked me how I wanted my hair braided as if I didn’t already send a picture ! I show the same exact picture I sent and she says she can’t do it . Complete waste of my time to schedule me for an appointment and I get there, I’m not seen at the time and then not get my hair done at all!!! I could have called and made an appointment with another shop . This is very unprofessional and I will never come here again and will advise anyone I know to never seek services here ! Especially military personnel, do not come here at all!!!

1 star because I never got a chance to get service. First appointment was at 10am but someone text me changing it to 2:30pm. I showed up and 2:30pm and was asked to wait again. That's not how scheduling an appointment goes.

They did a great job! Medium box braids pass half my back length in 4 hours... IMPRESSIVE!!!! My first time getting braids so my head was a little sore, but after a few days its getting better. I will be back every time I need braids for the next year!

The salon was clean and the ladies were nice. although they did start my hair a little bit late (appt at 1 and didn’t start until 1:30) I didn’t mind a slight wait. I wanted a Bob with butterfly locs. it was a little difficult for them to figure out how to do the style get in that my hair does go down my back. The specific stylist that helped me decided to do individual locks in the front where my hair was shorter and do crochet in the back so my natural hair would be protected.
