Pharmacy is very slow and seem to not tolerate kids sitting down in the waiting area (but yes loud ladys talking while in the line) so if they're not kid friendly maybe they should hurry up and not be so slow plus there was just 1 person there when there should at least be 2 this store does not have drive-thru pickup ! Do better ??

I am new in town and had to switch insurance companies and Pharmacies'. Ms. Michelle Mayer the Pharmacist made me very welcomed to the CVS and corrected errors that I had made on getting my scripts filled at another facility. She worked diligently to fill the rx's I needed. Michelle and staff went above and beyond to make a superb customer service experience. Thank you so much. PS

The young lady at the pharmacy counter this evening was clearly not interested in helping anyone. She was incredibly short over and over with an elderly couple in front of me, one of which was over 80 years old given the birthdate he quoted her for his identification check. They were very calm and sweet, but confused and in need of clarification. Yet on the cashiers part there was a huge lack of patience and customer service, and I felt very sorry for the couple. I believe her irritation was due to the store closing soon, and having late customers. Although the reasoning doesn't excuse her behavior.

I had the displeasure of being “helped” by a young boy named Rudy in the pharmacy. He yelled at me to back away from the counter which was 4 feet from his workspace and said, “I don’t want someone sick 1 inch from my face.”. Then got to talking about my medicine and he said, “The medicine you think you need which you do not know if it works”. I was very disappointed and told it to forget about it because I’m going to Publix. Some people just aren’t professional enough to work in pharmacy and it shows here.

I ran here because it close to what I needed and my other appointments; they had what I needed and I even earned cvs bucks, which is always a bonus. I have an issue with the fact that this store is self register only. I do not want to go to the store and deal with checking myself out. I had ordered pictures to be printed and had to track down and employee to pick up my pictures. Once I gave my name and she found them, the employee stood there and watched me ring myself out for a minute or so. During my transaction, I had picked up an item that needed approval. I had to track down an employee again and wait for their approval. I felt like I needed to just work there.

I don’t usually use this location because of they lack a drivethru but it’s the closest to my house. I utilized my T-Mobile free Tuesday to redeem 10 free pictures. I went to the counter and the very rude causation lady got my package of prints then she tried to charge me. So I go to the app to show her it says discount applied at checkout, she still wasn’t satisfied. So she made me order the same 10 prints again and stand at the counter for 30 minutes while she reprinted my original order, when they were already sitting on the counter. Not only did she throw the first 10 away, when she finally finished the reprint the unclassy cougar didn’t even say have a nice day or thank you or anything. I mean who comes to work that bitter? And if you didn’t want to honor the promo then don’t offer them, a $3.60 transaction took me a total of 40 minutes. I guarantee if our skin tones were the same she would have given me the pictures that were already printed and waiting for pickup. Not saying cvs is racist but it’s Walgreens from now on in this household

Very good shopping experience! The employees are so helpful! The store is very clean and orderly. I would recommend this CVS over other locations.

I honestly couldn't live without this place because I have to pick up my vitamins every month and although they keep switching out the people inside they have never been Terrible to me or anything so I can't complain.
