We had a scare with our 5 year old at a restaurant where her food must have been cross contaminated with peanuts and she had a severe reaction. We hadn't dealt with that before and my wife took her to CVS to get liquid Benadryl as all we had were pills the 5yo wouldn't take. Things got worse and my wife asked the pharmacist, Ginger, for advice/oversight on administering her EpiPen and Ginger really stepped up and went over and above to help. She guided my wife towards small doses of the Benadryl first and things started to settle down. Ginger was amazing and helpful and certainly went beyond what a pharmacist would normally do. She was great with our daughter during the whole process. We can't thank Ginger and this CVS enough for being there during a very stressful situation!

Over the past 6 weeks, 4 out of 5 times I have tried to use the prescription disposal bin, it has been 'full' or 'out of service' or otherwise unavailable. This seems improbable. The one time I was able to use it, I had to ask at the counter and was met with a surly attitude from the pharmacist who then told an underling to unlock it for me. If they don't want customers to use it, then get rid of it. I should move my account to my primary grocery store or Target, which would be easier and without the bad attitude from the staff.

Wanna a place where people with no respect go, come here there's much to see: trash, illegal dumping, and self entitled people come into shop. It's also at times crowded with high-school students as it's right near the school they'd come in to buy what they need; these are manly the self entitled people who come into the location. It's a farlirly small location, not able to stock up on much in terms of what I've seen other locations have, but they do have the essentials for basic health care. The chocolates from here are a gamble. They most likely are often slightly melted as you finally open them.

Hi everyone! In the past I didn't care for CVS, however tis a new store & new city for me. Staff were helpful to me. They used my online bonus points and coupon to give me four dollars off my total purchase! Accomodating, also. Atmosphere is like any pharmacy. They were out of stock on a few items, but I understand. Thus I give 5 stars!

I made an appointment for 3 vaccines for 3:00. I filled out all paperwork on line. I got to the CVS in the Target on Garners Ferry just before 3:30. We I checked in I was told that there were 10 people ahead of me. I did not have 2 hours to wait for a vaccination. That is why I made an appointment. Do not go here.

The renewal process for prescriptions went very easy. The pharmacy tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. She even informed me of a service to deliver my medicine to my door, in which I would not have to come back a 2x time to the pharmacy. The delivery service Doordash deliver my medicine to my door that day with no extra cost to myself. The Doordash driver even text me a few times to let me know, when she was close to delivering my medicine at my home door. This was a great service

Terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went there today to pick up a prescription the young lady said it would be 5 minutes or less, I said no problem. She then came to the window with the prescription in hand and another young lady or young man I couldn’t tell rather or not if they were male or female, white young American with glasses with a very short haircut with lots of tattoos, she grabbed the prescription and told me “loop around and get back in line, it’s not ready it” so I looped around and ended up having to wait again behind two other cars. I questioned her about it and told her I didn’t feel that was right because I had already waited over 5 minutes and I was there first. She then said to me “That’s the way it is point blank” and then she walked off. TERRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!
