I never went to buy a phone but as i enter the store i was greeted by Mr. Rafael who did such a wonderful customer service job. I ended up leaving with a phone, case screen protector and a high quality Bluetooth head set. Mr. David was apart of the process too. I would like to thank Mr. David, Rafael and the rest of the team for the Excellent Customer. Service.

The company is very good but its employees lack more friendliness, they do not know how to treat customers and because I do not have a valid ID and I taught them one about immigration and even how they got upset and did not sell me a phone that I was going to make for my partner who I was going with Migo...

If could give ZERO stars I would!! Went there to get a SIM card because my husband’s phone was stolen. I have THEIR insurance. The staff there ( specifically the Hispanic gentleman) was EXTREMELY unprofessional to the point where his CO WORKER had to correct him. Cricket you should do BETTER in who you HIRE to represent YOU!! INCLUDING the insurance company you promote HEAVY!!!

I had a very pleasant experience when my husband and I went to hook up my iPad he even ended up getting a new phone after he just got one. The Hispanic lady with the red hair was too sweet. I wish I remembered her name. I think she was the manager. Definitely hope she is there when I go to get a second phone.

Ms Hilda has really made major improvements to this location!!! Customer service is excellent !!! Even when the store is packed they get pp thru quickly and courteouslyCan't say enuf Abt Hilda and her staff ..it's a huge change since she's been there !!!

How on earth this place got more than one star is beyond me. The Hispanic young girl clearly hates her job. She looked bothered when being asked normal questions. I was a first time buyer since I never had cricket. But I’m taking my business else where. Re train your staff or just simply get rid of this one.

Last time I went in for a warranty question young lady behind counter seemed as if I was bothering her and warranty didn't cover the phone freezing up. The phone was not even 5 months old at the time, purchased this January 2021. It's a place of business. You can have a convertible work environment, however it a place of business and must maintain a professional workplace and appearance. Not eating at counter in customer presence.
