Wouldn't sell to me. Currently active duty military on PCS orders. Store clerk stated that GLOCK requires them to see a state ID for all blue label sales. Called Glock directly found out that was not in fact a thing. If military I would suggest going to the other blue label store 10 minutes down the road.

The worst interaction I've ever had.Required a name and number for a cleaning kit. His attitude was sour and highly unprofessional.Avoid this place like the plague.

not friendly at all. lawmans will get my LEO business.. The people that work at craigs have an issue with customer service or having a smile. Now i know why people in my department told me to stay away from craigs. I dont understand how they are still in business to be honest. No one is hardly ever there. 15 years ago they were friendly and had a smile. Now days....idiots behind a counter

These guys are great and have the lowest prices on Glock pistols and accessories in the area. I just bought my second one from them and took a friend who bought one as well. I initially went to the supposedly big dealer in the area and Craig's beat their prices by a mile. They cater to law enforcement, military and veterans and will always have my business.

This store seems to still be suffering with Covid cowardice, months after everything else has resumed normalization. For a while, you needed an appointment to go inside. Now there is a sign on the door that you must knock or call to be granted entry. I wonder how they stay in business, doing business like that. Sorry, but I will drive to Greenville or maybe Charleston before doing business with someone who is that afraid of their customers.

Customer Service in this store was remarkable. Everytime I called the store I got great service and even better when I visited the store. If you are a Military Retiree or a Vet I recommend you do your research and take a visit to this store. I am definitely coming back!

I think it’s time for Glock to find a better quality blue label distributor. These guys are very disgruntled. There is usually very low traffic in the store but if you happen to have a question the associates seem as your hindering their entire life. Plus they close at 4pm on Friday and permanently closed on the weekends. How is someone on day shift suppose purchase anything?

I purchased a set of nightsights elsewhere and was told to bring them here to have them installed. The gentleman behind the counter wasn’t happy with the referral from the other store but was happy to help me install my sights and did it for free when I purchased two magazines for my glock 48. I will return soon to discuss a purchase of red dot sights for the same pistol and will gladly return for any of my shooting sports needs first before I go anywhere else.
