My experience with Craig was spectacular. You will meet a lot of people that will tell you that they can’t. He is not that person. His communication is timely and his professionalism is unquestionable. Buying a home is never a smooth process, but it helps to surround yourself with the best people. Craig and his team made my experience GREAT by being very responsive and knowledgeable, giving me all of my options, letting me know what to expect, confirming where I was in the process, having AMAZING customer service, and being transparent with me. After working with multiple lenders, feeling like my needs weren't being met, and not being talked through the process as a first time home buyer, once I was referred to and spoke with Craig, I knew he could help me reach my goal.
