“They need more people to help, and their notification system sucks royally. Thank God for the store manager and my daughter doing her due diligence in getting her items. The charger broke, and she returned it, and they tried to charge her for another one, which the 1st one didn't even go with the purchase. And the 1800 staff didn't get me started.
***Update*** After speaking to ^ Josh, a very kind and helpful young man whose expertise and assistance made a very bad experience a very positive experience for us both . He understood the assignment, and I greatly appreciate it, along with a $30.00 gift card for the bad experience we had.
