They were so accommodating providing advice and helping my daughter try on dresses for her prom. They are so patient and they bend over backwards to make sure you are happy with your purchase. They even ensured that my daughter was wearing the dress correctly. We were so excited that sometimes it was a hit or miss even offering to make alterations to the dress if needed, especially on short notice. My daughter picked her perfect dress and it was mainly due to the assistance we received from the RBK staff. Thank you so much.”
“Bought one of their hats on vacation and lost it when i came home while out boating. Tried to buy another online only to find out they no longer carried the one I had. I reached out to them and we were able to figure out the design/color using other hats and previous catalogs and they printed me a new one. Shipped the same day and I received it three days later. Warning: shoddy cell/internet service in the store. Makes trying to turn on your card through an app difficult if not impossible inside the store.”

“I don’t visit the store often, but AE has always been a staple in my wardrobe! Not just for the quality/fit, but for the customer service as well! I’ve been coming here for several years now, and have never been disappointed.The return policy is simple, and they even recycle old pairs of AE jeans! I found this out when I walked in today to trade in a 5 year old pair that was showing its age (i.e. a hole in the seat!), and got $10 off a new pair! I was able to walk out the store wearing them without a hitch, thanks to the assistance of two associates (didn’t catch their names).Gotta say, LOVE the redesign they did a few years back as well!”
