Employee was disrespectful and condescending. Stated they didn't care what other auto facility thought because they were morons and didn't want to go on a wild goose chase to find the problem. They do not take women seriously and think women don't know what they are talking about.

I can’t speak highly enough about Jimmy + Clark’s Auto Clinic. The customer service is top tier, the prices are affordable, and quality car care services is the best in the business. If you’re a woman who’s timid about vehicle repair businesses because let’s be honest, there are tons of real world horror stories about women have been taken advantage of. Trust me when I say, Clark’s Auto Clinic offer the utmost professionalism with overwhelming integrity. I’ve sent many female friends + family members to this shop because they’re trustworthy people!

If you ever get stranded in downtown Columbia at 6am with a ruptured heater core hose or for any reason, get yourself a tow to Clarks Auto Clinic! The Clark brothers and their team of technicians are fast, efficient, knowledgeable, kind and helpful.
I left Greer, SC at 4am and at 6am just as I was leaving downtown Columbia, My 2014 suburban had smoke coming out from under the hood. As we sat in the downtown Columbia post office parking lot, I called every mobile mechanic on google and none were available. By 7am we called a tow company and started checking for shops that opened early as well as their google reviews. Clarks Auto Clinic opened at 7:30 and had the highest reviews and were only 3 minutes from where I was parked.
Trust the reviews on this one! They are not wrong. We were towed to their shop a little before 9. They diagnosed the situation, had the parts ordered, the suburban fixed and had us back on the road to Florida by 11am!
I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to any and everyone local and/or passing through town.

My first husband and I had great experiences with them 20 years ago. Recently revisited with an unexpected issue, they were incredibly thorough and worked on my car the day I brought it in.

I called for oil change/tire rotation - I was told to be there 730AM the next morning. Arrived and was the only person when they unlocked the door. Left my vehicle along with my keys, of course. Just before 3pm I was called that my car was ready. I arrived and when handed the wrong set of keys, it was discovered that they had done the work on someone else's car and not mine. Since it was almost 3 I figured their apology would include we'll squeeze you in before we close at 530 but I was asked to bring back my vehicle the next morning. Even if they had said we can do the oil change but not the tire rotation or SOMETHING, but only, come back tomorrow. Human error but we won't fix it today... Unacceptable customer service!!!

very professional and friendly! quick service. dropped off on my lunch break, came back for it after work, and the price was a very good deal and not over priced at all! super friendly (owner? i think) was very helpful. i will definitely keep bringing my car here! if you work in cola, this is perfect bc it’s right around the corner on sumter st!Services: Tires
