“Helped someone move to Columbia by driving the rented truck one way to Columbia. This location was the designated drop off point. Lot of stores, lot of signage so I didn't catch the location until it was to late to stop. Other than that, every thing went great. Per notice, Carlton was the agent on duty. A gentleman in every way. Took care of everything (checking gas, hand trucks , etc) and was courteous at all times.”
“Ms. LaValen was extremely caring, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with my storage needs. I felt like I had known her for years when speaking with her. If you want someone who will take their time with you and make sure that you are taken care of, then Ms. LaValen is the person to help you at Uhaul. She has the patience of a saint, and definitely goes above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy. You have a gem of an an employee in Ms. Doris, make sure she knows it!”
“Bro, 5 stars isn't a high enough rating. Emily Duheme was nothing short of amazing. I've had a horrible experience moving to Columbia, SC with regards to realtors, property managers, school district HR, etc. and she able to be a bright spot to all of it. When I was expecting more bumps in the road and more things to go bad/wrong, she did just the opposite and helped me out. She was very accommodating and even changed my drop off location to a closer one. The saying "it is not how you start, but how you finish" couldn't be truer with my experience. She was the light at the end of the tunnel... and to my surprise, she wasn't the train. lol. She works hard and definitely takes pride in her work, has a passion for helping people, she's a great communicator, and was understanding and willing to work with my unique and hectic situation. If I ever move and need to use a Uhaul again, I know which location I'm heading to and who's getting my business. In this day and age, you can't pay enough for a quality employee like her. I know a few real estate companies and HR departments that could use her work ethic and a quality employee like her.”

“My experience with this UHaul wasn't perfect but it turned out well. Richard was extremely helpful and informative about how the truck and trailer work and how to fix certain problems. He was the only worker in the building dealing with customer after customer with no assistance. Took a little while because of the amount of customers but I recommend this UHaul solely because of Richard.”
“Hands down, best u haul experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve moved quite a few times. Reggie not only provided us with fast and friendly service, he was super helpful. He offered me coffee when I arrived to pick up the truck and made sure we were hydrated with bottles of water for the road. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond when I needed a little extra help to make sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend this location!”
“A+ Experience, We've had this storage unit for 10 years. Overall, it has been a great experience. Staff was always on site and professional. I was able to get the things I needed out of storage early in the morning or late in the evening which was very convenient for me. This particular storage unit did not have AC but kept all of our belongings fresh and clean, especially our clothes. Yes alot of our clothes was boxed up in this storage unit since June 2013 and when we purchased our brand new home July 2023 We took those clothes out of boxes and they still looked and smelled good. We washed them and took them to the cleaners before taking the majority to goodwill to bless some people. The General Manager Mr. Sylvester Gadson he was always there , or one call away to assist with questions or concerns. We appreciate his professional managerial skills along with the managers that came before him. Whether its short term or long term I highly recommend you choose this storage facility. For your storage needs.”

“Renting a box truck from here has been the best experience out of all the moves my husband I have ever done! We had Uhaul suddenly not have our reservation early this morning and only found out an hour before we were supposed to move. We were scrambling to find something and came across a rental for a 26 ft box truck from Enterprise! I made a reservation online before they even opened. When e arrived for our truck, Toya was amazing and a blessing to have help us make sure we could have a truck big enough for moving our entire apartment! She was so nice and made the whole process so easy after our crazy morning.”
