We are absolutely thrilled with the folks at Carpet One! Mr. Wayne was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered every question I had and did not rush me into making my decision.
His installers were awesome. They came in did a fantastic job and they cleaned up & hauled away all the trash when they were finished. Could not be any happier & would highly recommend them. Carpet One goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are 100% satisfied. Thank you Carpet One!

Your search is over for finding a top rated company for installing carpet and hardwood flooring. They recently installed both in my home. They replaced my inferior carpet with their top of the line carpet and padding and it looks and feels so good walking on it beneath my feet. They also replaced carpet with hardwood that I have in other areas in my home. It is a perfect match and looks as if it was installed with the rest of the hardwood floors. Overall everything was done with the highest of professionalism. Their product information was clearly explained, their work crews worked efficiently and the work was scheduled promptly. So if your looking to install new flooring, the buck stops here.

I worked as a decorator for a flooring and furniture store for 14 years when we lived in Iowa. We have lived in SC for 7 1/2 years. In that time we have dealt with a couple of flooring stores for homes we were flipping. When it came time to do 6 rooms in our own home I started shopping. After several months, I found this store in Columbia. Charli was the first person I met when I entered the store. She did her best to help me find what I was looking for and give me samples and quotes. The third time I came I met Connor. He also spent time with me and worked to find what I wanted. Both of these sales associates were professional, pleasant and helpful. The atmosphere at the store itself was pleasant each worker that passed me while I was there spoke and smiled.When it was time for the installation Trevon and Greg did a great job!!! They were pleasant, efficient and willing to do whatever was needed to complete the job. They even made sure that they cleaned the floors and picked up all their scraps.I would highly recommend this store to anyone in the area!!

I was very impressed with the pricing and installation that Carpet One provided. The installers arrived on time as they stated and took only 2 hours to install carpet into 4 bedrooms. I have decided that Carpet One is now my go to carpet provider for all of my renovation projects. I recommend them to anyone.

Just got scammed by Mr Kirby. He won't even honor the request of the independent flooring technician he sent to my house. Avoid the scam. He won't look at my house or even speak to me!
