Communication with this company was great! We had multiple people they had to communicate with to get the job done, and they were able to meet all of our needs. They came out quickly to our site and there were no issues with completing the job. We will definitely use this business next year!

We use Carolina Shred for regular monthly shredding. I would recommend them if you have this need. I also use them periodically for larger shreds when I have a large number of records that need to be shredded. My experience has always been good. The employees are always friendly, prompt, and easy to work with.

Chief has been awesome to work with. He is always polite and professional. And he looks out for us. He noticed an error that we weren’t aware of and brought it to our attention. A lot of people would have just left it and not said anything. But he didn’t. We really appreciate all he does and the time he takes to take care of our office.

I used Shred America and would definitely recommend them! Arkady is the professional that came he was personable, called beforehand, and was prompt. Arkady explained the whole procedure upon arrival and was finished in no time without me ever lifting a finger. He then placed the leftover empty boxes in a neat stack and was on his way! The only complaint I would’ve had, which I don’t fault anyone for is how far out scheduled I was, but I know there’s work shortages everywhere and it was definitely worth the wait! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
