I couldn't be happier with Carolina Fine Jewelry! From the moment we walked in, Donna was so friendly and genuine. I wanted my engagement and wedding rings resized and rhodium plated. The price was great and they finished it in no time at all. I am so happy that my friend referred us here. This will be the only jeweler that we ever use.

The most helpful & friendly store. I went in w/ a ring that needed sizing. My dad had given it to me, I wanted to wear it to his funeral in 3 days. They fixed it immediately, while I waited, and perfectly. The cost was very reasonable, and I was elated! Thank you! Highly recommended!

First place I thought of after a recent accident involving a puppy, a leash, two german shepherds, a door and my finger...After an excited scuddle to get outside, my engagemnet ring took the brunt of a bad situation. The top prong of my ring completely bent out of place. Not only were they able to fix my ring on the spot (two days before Christmas) but they, especially Emily, provided the emotional support I needed after this event! The jeweler, himself, talked me through what he needed to do and assured me that it would be okay. Lucky for me, this also was the day that he brought in homemade bread, to which I received three pieces! Carolina Fine Jewelry meet all of my needs that day! So relieved and so thankful!

My diamond fell out of my wedding band but I found it, thankfully. I brought it to them to fix. I specifically asked if I should have it reset to another setting to make it more secure. His response was “it lasted 26 years but we can if you just want a new setting”. I agreed to just set it back as the way it was 26 years ago. When I got it back, the prongs were crooked. He told me they couldn’t fix it without possibly breaking the ring and that the way it is set is terrible and he would never buy or sell a ring set like that because it it not safe that way. So…why did he not tell me that when I specifically asked the time before??? It was the same guy both times!!!! Then he wanted ANOTHER $200 to set it correctly like it should have been done. Why not tell me that the first time??? I ended up taking it somewhere else to fix it. It was poor customer service and what’s worse is he did not seem to care in the least. Poor character, poor service, poor quality. I would give them a 0 rating if I could.

I’m not big on writing reviews but i had such a great experience with Donna and everyone at Carolina Fine Jewelry that I’m here to boost. The staff here is always so friendly and helpful. They also stand behind their jewelry and stock with brands they have put to the test. I’ve now purchased from their stock and received great customer service. I shopped around looking for a jeweler to put two of my grandmother’s rings together to make something I couldn’t find in stores. Donna has a talent for listening to what you want and helping you create that special piece. I now have a beautiful heirloom.

I was in the store for more than 10 minutes and I was never acknowledged. I have made several purchases from this store over the years so I was very disappointed in the lack of courtesy today. All male customers were being waited on and/or acknowledged when entering the store.
