“I’m new to the area and was looking for a new place to wash and clean out my car. This place is in a good location and I always find it easy to wash and clean my car. I went on a very busy day and they ran out of towels. The employees were so accommodating that a young man personally dropped off a few once they were available. Also, the vacuum cleaner could use a bit more suction but overall a good experience.”

I’ve worked with the owner, Showtime, for 1-2 years tracking and documenting everything going on with my vehicle. He provided all records and even coached me and talked to KIA dealership for me explaining the issues I’ve been having with my car. Because of, That’s My Mechanic, KIA offered to replace my engine at NO COST!!! I am forever grateful for the customer service and support provided by this business. They treat every customer as family.”

“Friday night I can to Big Dan’s car wash (which I have been a member of for 2 years now) and I always have a good experience but Friday helped me to understand why I choose Big Dan’s over other car wash companies. As I was pulling around to a vacuum station and I got out of my car - noticed that I had a sticky / tacky substance on the surface of my hood. I thought it came from the car wash because I didn’t notice it earlier. I attempted to remove myself, but I found it difficult. I went to office area and found Isaiah Terrell. I explained to him what I saw on my hood. He wasted no time, grabbed a rag and cleaning supplies and cleaned it off and was extremely nice about it. It took about 10 minutes but he was patient and also educated me on how I could clean it if it happens again. And he deserves a review because the average person would have just told me that it wasn’t the fault of the car wash and told me that I would need to clean it on my own. He even was willing to check the cameras to see if the spot was on my camera before I went through the car wash. I appreciate Isaiah, and that’s the kind of customer service that makes people continue to come back!”

“This is my 3rd time coming here and each time they've done a pretty good job. If they miss a spot or you need them to look over something again, they're very attentive. The value is pretty good as well. Considering i have an suv, my car was only about $35 for wash (included vacuum, tire shine) but I believe actual detailing cost more. They have a few chairs outside you can sit and wait and a few inside. They're located at Leesburg Plaza so there is a restaurant you can go to while you wait as well. Since it's close to home, it's definitely convenient and my go to spot for a wash”
“Pretty neat Tommy's had a personnel name Joshua come out getting customers opinion about the service rendered. My opinion mattered, had to initially get assistance on getting on that belt.
Overall, definitely my go to spot. Clean, friendly, NO loud music and people respect your space.”

“These guys were GREAT! My daughter's car was a bio hazard, but they thoroughly cleaned and shampooed the inside, the cloth seats and the carpets. The outside was faded and drab with much tree debris, but now it's back to it's shiny, beautiful former self! Was a bit high, but worth the price and I got what I wanted!”

“Just had my car detailed by Carolina Auto Salon LLC and oh.em.gee 100% recommend them! I feel like I’m in a brand new car, and other than the booster seat I have there is ZERO evidence of any kids ever having been in here. Even the stubborn melted skittle in the carpet from a year ago is gone. Highly recommend.”

“$2 to start car wash all i was doing is cleaning my floor mats and I had plenty of time. If you pay with card it will put a $10 hold on it but you'll get refunded what you didn't use.”
“EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Alanzo (Zo) helped to make sure our trucks tires would fit (our F250 has 35x12.50x24s) and was extremely friendly and helpful. Good wash on the truck, clean area, plenty of spots to vacuum and do whatever else you need to for interior cleaning. If you're in the area and need to shine up your ride, head their way! Highly recommend!!!”
“This was great. The pup wash was indoors which was a huge plus. There are 2 bays which are separated by a 4ft wall so most pups won't be able to get to the other side to another dog. They have towels available to use which was great. The only drawback was the soapy wash did not seem to have much soap in it at all. I couldn't really lather my dogs up. It was also pretty costly with 2 large dogs. This would probably work better with smaller dogs to stay within the time frame given.”

“I love this place. It's the closest touch-free car wash in my neighborhood. Lots of other car washes say touchless but this is actually touchless and you won't have scratches on your car. The vacuums work really well and get all the dirt out of my car. The car wash gets all the bugs off of my windshield. My car is shining afterwards. The wax portion of the wash seems to do pretty well also. I only do the $10 wash which is the cheapest and it does a really good job every time. I wish the vacuum and the drying portion of the car wash were longer but I want that at every car wash. Overall, a really good wash, touch free, and all just for $10.”
