Do not have your vehicle towed to this lot. They are a rip off and someone is lying. I was told my car would be charged $40 a day on top of the initial fee for my truck which was $250. Which would be a total of 370 because it was impounded on a Tuesday and picked up on a Friday. Anybody with common sense can count that it’s a total of 3 days and not 4.Also whoever picks up the phone is very rude and definitely doesn’t know how to conduct business. I’ll be posting this review everywhere that I possibly can so nobody else runs into an issue.Do not let STATE TROOPERS PICK THIS PLACE TO TOW TO. Choose your own towing company, preferably A1 recovery services or Asset recovery ,Service: Car towing

Truck stopped on us in front of Prisma Health Richland. The towing Service was able to jump right on it and tow it to Ziegler Auto Care..

I do not recommend doing business with this company. My vehicle was damaged during a tow and management refused to take accountability for their mistake. Not only that, the team was pretty rude and the two gentleman who appear to run the shop were overly aggressive. Thanks to this company I’ve had an increase in my insurance for damages that they are responsible for.Service: Car towing

I had an unusual, unexpected and extremely pleasant experience with Capital City this past weekend. A friend of mine who was moving her personal belongings from a large moving truck into her storage unit had an altercation which resulted in Capital City being hired by the truck rental company to assist in getting the moving truck out of a sticky situation. They performed the work they were hired to do efficiently, respectfully, and in a very helpful manner. However, upon realizing that my friend was not going to have sufficient help to unload her belongings from the truck into the storage unit the following day (which was going to be a Sunday, mind you), Daniel, Amber, and Ron from Capital City all took time out of their Sundays to come help my friend and I unload the items from the truck to the storage unit for about 3-4 hours. Not only that, but they also helped my friend drive the rental truck to the rental drop-off location (it was a 26 foot truck and after the altercation on the previous day, my friend who is elderly was hesitant to drive it again). The three of them volunteered time out of their Sunday to pay it forward out of the kindness of their heart and my friend and I will be forever grateful for what they did. We tried to tip them/buy them a meal but they refused as they simply wanted to help.
I will absolutely keep this company in mind for any future needs and hope that the company owners know that Daniel, Amber and Ron are not only hard working individuals, but genuinely kind people which are hard to come by these days!

5/11/22 my truck was illegal towed from capital city towing they was very very rude and scam me out of 1500$ And will file a law suit they scamming everyone because they going threw a lawsuit now. THEY ARE SCAMMING AND OVER CHARGING EVERYONE… and reporting to BBB
