What car lot don't open on the weekend! Tried to schedule an appointment because my hours of work are the same as these people business hours 8am-5pm and the rude girl don't even wanna do business! It was a flat NO I HAVE MY SON TO PICK UP! No other dealers on the lot to talk to! I was referred by someone but I see why the ratings are so low at this place! The customer service is trash and I don't think I need to give these people my money! Truth be told I was ready to purchase CASH!

Initially I had the best experience purchasing my vehicle. Robert was great and I had no issues up until making the final payment. The young lady who answers the phone, she claim she’s the manager lied about my title being mailed out by the DMV about three months after final payment. Checked with her a few weeks from that and she claimed she mailed it, however it must have gotten lost in the mail. Note none of their note payment statement never ever got lost in the mail. My address didn’t change. I called her back but her story was never consistent. She finally told me to come pick up a lien release form so they could reprint the title…how are they do to that if it wasn’t release to begin with. What is the purpose of she giving me a lien release form if I only required a reprint. It made absolutely no sense. I called the DMV only to be told they had not received any lien release from the dealership so there was no way one could have been issued in the first place. On my way to the dealership I called her explaining my conversation with the DMV but this girl claimed the DMV is lying as she herself printed out the title…like are you the DMV? Long story short I told her she was lying and I wanted to speak to someone senior because by now I was annoyed. She had the audacity that I can only go through her to get it so if I wanted it I could come get it or not. She hung up the phone. This is very poor customer service and I am appalled that someone who requires customers to eat could be so dishonest and rude. Her behavior has made me question doing any business with this place moving forward. Why lie about the something like that? To what end. I am totally confused as to the motives.

Never buy a car from them horrible customer service, They will take your money and sell you a pice a junk won’t fix nothing even after u purchase a warranty.. The owner knows nothing about cars... I don’t recommend anyone to go here...

I purchased my mom a car mother's day for 8,000 with all the fees included. I'll be paying the car off in less than two weeks which only took me about 3 months in total. The car had a check engine light on from day one and Robert said it was a sensor issue. I also bought the most expensive warranty with the car and it is no good either. My advice for anyone wanting to purchase a car through a mom's and pops is to go to a regular dealership if you're going to pay over 7,000 for a car.

Friendly service however, one sales person was lacked knowledge of many of the vehicle options and needs I desired to know before purchase such as engine size and the fact that the brakes were stuck, tire flat therefore, I was unable to test drive. Also refused to pop the hood so I could ID the engine.
