I had a very long description of why I rated this company so low. But here is the summary.
Before purchasing a car from here you need to ask yourself 1 question.
After possibly giving these people my last.. Do I want to waste years of my life in prison over a lemon?
Based on your answer then either proceed or walk away.
Because this is ultimately what you will ask yourself once you lose your downpayment, buy that lemon and it's repoed because you can't afford to fix it and the warranty is useless.

Rico and William were very friendly and courteous, but I was hit with the old bait and switch. The price they had on their internet page was not the price they tried to sell me on. Claimed they had no control over what was there and the price was wrong. Even asked for my VIN on my trade in, asked me what motor was in it, and offered thousands less than any other dealer. Beware.

Tommy and Alex Boyd were amazing. Kind, helpful and at the end of the day I got my DREAM vehicle.
While I was on the lot, I saw Tommy attempt to help several people who had questions. He offers to people looking for a point A to B quick cash sale as well as in house financing for those who are looking for something on the newer end.
When it came down to it, he even made a spectacular suggestion in regard to my financing and after a quick check at a local federal credit union I drove away a very happy customer.
Both Tommy and Alex made me feel like a friend and like they truly care about me.
10/10 would recommend!!

I went in Lexington First talked to owner then I went on Decker Then back to Lexington but He was close so I decided to go back to decker to purchase a car just to find out it’s Daddy & Son they really nice and cool Gentlemans they welcome me as if I was family I saw what I wanted they made sure I go what I wanted I definitely will recommend everyone I got approved less than 20 mins ???? Terrible experience never go there. My son purchased an acura from them cash the first day the car continuously cut off while driving it and 2 days later the engine caught on fire. They didn't attempt to refund the money at all. Total was of money and horrible customer service.

For me, Alex did right by me. I got a good trade in value for my old car and got into a newer model car; that, I'm still driving with low miles. They helped me with a better price tag when other places only have high prices for vehicles that aren't worth the window sticker. If you're looking for a good used vehicle with a fair price. Go see Alex.
If you have a steady job with a decent down payment or trade-in. I would go there.
