“They have a really good selection of various meats and they were the only ones I could find with veal shanks for an Osso Buco dish I wanted to make. It turned out really good. Meat was high quality and tasty. Found a recipe and cooked it until the bone pulled away from the meat and it was done! Got some boudin too which I haven’t been able to find anywhere since covid so that’s a big plus as well. I’ll be going back again when I need to!”
