My car wouldn’t turn over and needed a battery same day. I called around 11:30am two body shops who said they’d do it by Thursday(two days later). This shop said they’d order the battery and have it done well before 2:30pm same day. I get there, they order the part and it arrives. It’s a dud, they immediately order another, the owner chats with me about stuff I didn’t know about with my car. Apparently my car needed 2 batteries and of course the labor cost brought the bill a little above $600. I knew I needed it and of course didn’t expect to spend $600 on my car. But he chats kindly about how this happened and how he’d take care of me. He ended up fixing something that another shop said would cost $400.
I’d definitely direct business to this body shop.

After two awful dealership experiences, a friend referred me to Broad River Auto Repair. Just an oil change and tire rotation. They beat the dealership by at least $35 (and the dealership wasn't always honest about their website quotes), the people were friendly, the process was low-stress, and they were honest about what the car needed and when. This place is a diamond in the rough, folks. I'll be back.

I had my water pump replaced today. Ernie took his time to show me where the antifreeze was leaking on it and explained how the leak was an indicator that the water pump and belt would eventually need replacing. When he took his time to do this, I felt confident in knowing that I had brought my car to the right place for service and the time to replace the pump was not long at all. Megan was very courteous towards me and even informed me of a recall on my vehicle which the dealership had not informed me of when I had a replacement part done last week. I am very pleased with their service today and will be going back for additional services as needed in the future! I highly recommend this auto service!

Had my car towed here to get looked at they let it sit a day and refused to work on it because the tow driver said he towed my car several times what that has to do with what I’m hiring them to do anything else other than electric is not their business that’s not what I asked you to look at and the girl at the front desk lied and said they looked at my car my car never left the same spot horrible people

I’ve used these folks many times over the years across multiple vehicles. Their estimates are always fair. Their service is always friendly and they get the job done. Truly, the only times I have not used them in the last few years is when a particular repair was covered under the manufacture’s warranty. Otherwise, they are my go to, and have been my go to for many years. Oil changes, tires, major issues with the engine, exhaust, AC, etc- they handle it.What I especially like is their willingness to break a repair down and explain what is truly needed today vs what can wait. They are great at helping prioritize, assess risk of not repairing, and making a smart decision with your money. I highly recommend them.

These guys are simply the best, everytime I have a problem with my rebuilt Z28 Camaro I take it straight to this shop and every time I get it back it runs better than the last time. They don’t hire anyone who isn’t fully ASE certified and it’s unbelievably different, and more professional, than a typical place like Goodyear or Firestone. I will always take any vehicle I own here for any future problems and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who wants their car fixed right the first time, in a timely manner, and backed up with a warranty. If anyone from Broad River Auto is reading this I sincerely thank you because I get to drive my fun car everyday and wouldn’t be able to without y’all!!
