The place to obtain a new phone line or transfer from another operator is a company affiliated with T-Mobile. Their service is excellent. They also have very strong offers. I recommend them, especially for the family package, as the price will be on a cheaper group.

Took my 73 year old father's phone here because he's bedridden with lung cancer. Went in to get a simple SIM card and was told the phone was unsafe because the battery I've gotten so hot that if heated up and swole. They refused to help me Swap this phone out or something safer. I don't understand how Boost Mobile as a company could send the phone back home for an elderly man who is dying and using constant oxygen to survive. I explained to the young lady what if this phone catches fire since there's no less than 10 oxygen tanks in my father's room I'm sure there could be a fire and or explosion definitely killing him and others in the home. Hard to believe what company selling a product like this not stand behind their phones.
