RUN RUN RUN!!! The owner owns both this store and the boost mobile on Rosewood. He is a very nasty and rude individual!!!! Never have I dealt with an owner who made it so obvious that he could care less about his workers misleading customers and leaving out crucial info that affects whether or not they give you a refund on the defective used iphones that they sell!! My son's iphone started malfunctioning the second day he had it! I don't usually leave reviews but I was treated so poorly that I truly felt like it was my duty to warn others and try to prevent them from receiving the kind disrespect and disregard I received today!! I've been with boost mobile for years but after my experience today I'm done!!!!!!

For the most part, the customer service is good. They were not able to resolve my issue however, were very helpful in the process. I will return however, my only concern is the health and welfare of all customers who are involved. There is one employee who does not wear a mask and coughs all over the place. Even though they have up a plastic bearer that does not stop the spread even when six- feet apart. She did explain she has a medical issue that prevents her from wearing a mask. I understand that but, please cover your cough! Please and Thank you ! It helps those who do not know that you have a medical issue at least respect the fact that you cover your cough. Thanks for keeping us all safe Boost! Still the best Boost mobile in Columbia!
