Me and my son on January 25, 2024, purchase a iPhone 12. The sign said one thing and the casher change us something else. that is call force advertisement. All her signs in the store were force advertisement. We ask for a refund, and she could not do it. We ask to speak to manager she didn't know when the manager would be coming in. We have been calling this store every day looking for manager. Still waiting to see a manager.

I signed up for Boost online after confirming that they were able to work in a ipad mini. I went there for help getting the Sim card inserted, which they kindly helped me with. So I liked the staff but don't care for the online service.

I use Boost Mobil for over seven years end no problems I have a good experience with Aly helpful is polite, friendly end knowledgeable

Boost on broad river never answers the phone so I called all other locations and none of them answered the phone?????going to go to location on broad river when I can for a simple question that could have been answered on the phone what about elderly people who don't drive do they care because I've called them numerous times and still no answer do they care about their customers? I say no!!!

My experience with Boost Mobile has been terrible, customer service is in experience, and the service they gave me was terrible. I would never met so many incompetent people in my life, do not give Boost Mobile your service

Oh... Yeah... my Girl works at this Boost Mobile and she is nothing but AWESOME! Angelika (spelling?)sorry lady... If I have issues with my phone I don't go see no one but her. Not only is she an asset to the company with her great personality, timely assistance and care for each & every customer I've ever seen in the store that she was working was satisfied when they left. You know why, she listens first to the customer as to what they have to say and then she gets busy and boom it's done, just like that.

Whatever you do, do not switch to boost. Worst service ever. I live less than a mile from the boost store and I have no signal on my iPhone. Switching to boost is the worst decision I've ever made in my life. Highly unsatisfied
