I go in one day, buy a phone and a case for it. Go back the very next day,to return the case because I did not want. I was then told that they don't give refunds on accessories. In no were on the receipt did it say that you could not return an accessorie. Especially when that said item cost $39.99. What kind of shigady is that?

Darius is the most awesome person I have ever worked with in 7 years of being with Boost! I was dealing with an idiot at a different provider's store in Tampa, FL. My mom came into this store, and told Darius the issue I was having with my & my daughter's phones. He got on the phone with me and explained everything I needed to do to get back on my mom's family plan with Boost. He even stayed at his store past closing, to make sure that my & my daughter's phones were back on my mom's family plan, and that we kept our same phone numbers. I wish I could give 10 stars because Darius is just an all-around outstanding, compassionate, understanding, and knowledgeable person. Thank you Darius, and I wish you nothing but success and advancement!!
