Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman to boot, but also highly professional.His knowledge and experience was far superior that I encountered at other dealerships.Big shout out to Finance Manager for making it happen

Upfront pricing. No BS fees. Excellent service. Great communication. I would buy another car from them. Very reasonable warranty on my used Jaguar F-Type R. Ed our salesperson was excellent.

I just purchased my vehicle from BMW of Columbia. The customer service was great!! Pavel, Tarrance and Bryce were absolutely wonderful! The reason i only gave 4 stars was because I found ants in my car. I killed about 20 and just spent the last 20 minutes spraying the car down and wiping everything down in fear that my son may get bit up when I put him in the car. I believe the car should have been detailed before I picked up and there definitely should not be ants crawling everywhere. I know it’s a used car but I didn’t expect to have to clean the car the day I picked it up. Other than that I have no complaints.//Update as of 8/23/2022 I did receive a call the very next day after my review and since then they have allowed me to bring my car back in to be cleaned and de-bugged. I have not seen any more ants in the inside. I did see a few on the outside still but I took care of that that evening I got the car back and looks like we are all good now! I am truly grateful of the GM and associates who took care of this for me and made sure that the issue was resolved so that I can now enjoy my new car!!

I drove from Charlotte, NC to purchase a BMW X3 30i that is absolutely EVERYTHING! Not only did I get the vehicle that stole my heart after seeing it online, Austin Martin promised me he would make my drive worthwhile. Austin delivered! He is an AMAZING sales agent providing excellent service and an impressive overall experience. He is professional and an absolute gentleman. The whole process from searching on Cargus to the approval process online and setting up the appointment to test drive and finalize the sale of the car was the most painless process I’ve ever experienced. This was by far the best car buying experience ever had! There was absolutely no pressure and I felt I was provided everything I needed to make my decision to purchase my new vehicle. Pavel was absolutely outstanding from the day I contacted him, the day before I drove to Columbia from Charlotte even up until the purchase. There were a couple of cosmetic issues that he kept me in the loop with and showed me before and after photos. Even drove the vehicle to make sure me driving there and getting a reliable vehicle was not in vain. Everyone was friendly and the service was top tier! I will definitely recommend anyone to BMW of Columbia in a heartbeat! Thanks for making my car buying experience seamless and timely!

Sold me a vehicle with faulty safety features. Said they would correct the situation. Have not heard from them. When I call the business manager, he always says he will get back to me immediately. Never hear back. Terrible customer service. Quite possibly the worst I've experienced in 30 years of buying vehicles. I thought BMW was a reputable dealer.

They were ready for us as we did call ahead and arrived very late. All the employees and management team were excellent. Only problem was that we were out of state and an out of state check was not acceptable. We were told that we would get the car that weekend and that it would be detailed during the intervening time. It was not detailed and we got it with the same dirt in the backseat which was there when we took the test drive. We cleaned it off easily, but were a little disappointed that it was not detailed as we expected. Other than that, it was a great buying experience.
