Just can't say enough good things about this business. While the pandemic slowed things down a bit in terms of our timeline, they stayed in touch and followed through as soon as able.

This service is absolutely lousy. My father, a senior citizen, has been a customer of theirs for over five years and during those five years they have let all the grass in the back yard die and turn to dirt and let the front yard be overcome by weeds.At a premium of $140 dollars per visit they rarely even entered the back yard. When they did go back there all they would do would be to blow the leaves into the flower beds which would pile up over the course of the fall and winter. My father would call multiple times each year to have the bushes trimmed and his request would be ignored over and aver again.Recently my brother an I became involved because we believed our father was being taken advantage of. When the Manager came to the house to inspect a few weeks ago after receiving our complaints because he, "just couldn't let this hang over his head all weekend" he saw the damage and neglect that his crews had wrought he apologized and said that he would give our father a deal to make things right by him.After waiting almost 3 weeks on this deal to come back he sent us, by mail, with no call or visit an estimate for $26,000. Yes thousand!!I called and spoke to this manager and asked him if the estimate was a joke and ask what happened to the deal that he looked my father in the eye and told him he'd give him. Astoundingly, he told me he removed the $350 fee for drawing the plan and estimate. I asked him if he would allow us to put one of his companies signs in the front yard. If he would be proud to display his companies work over the past 5 years. He said no, but once its landscaped I would.My review of their pitiful work is a 1 star which is really a pity because when they first started their service years ago they did a good job.Never once over the past few years of service has Blue Moon made any recommendation or attempted to retain the beautiful yard that I grew up mowing. Many of the neighbors that use the service have intimated similar issues with their service.

We have worked with Blue Moon for approximately eight years and find their staff to be incredibly friendly, responsive, attentive and accommodating. They visit every other week and I am always thrillled to come home to a beautifully manicured, healthy lawn and flower beds.
When we need landscaping advice and work, they have always delivered the right recommendations and the results are beautiful.
We recommend Blue Moon any chance we get and wouldn't use anyone else.
