I came to pickup my reserved uhaul and sat there at the front desk for 20 minutes and ended up having to leave and go somewhere else. Nobody was picking up the phone either

I have been using the storage unit for over a year now, but the staff turnover is unacceptable! Staff never around or you have to wait for ant inquires!
