Felt very uncomfortable shopping in here as every employee seem to really be staring down the customers. It was just maybe the vibe that I got but they were either in heavy theft deterrent mode or something. First time I've had an experience like this at a belk location

First and foremost, I’ve been a Mac customer for 19 years. No matter what state. Customer service is great. The manager was on her lunch, the person a-crossed at the benefit counter came to help. Maybe 6 minutes later, The manager for Mac return.I thought the Benefit girl had left, but she kept coming back to help me as if she was going to take over. Her customer service was great, But! she began to bring me benefit products when I was at the Mac counter.( Trying to purchase only Mac cosmetics )I really didn’t like that, but I did not try to be rude, or cause a scene, but she was disrespectful for selling benefit cosmetics at the Mac counter. I asked for an oil free moisturizer and she bought me benefits oil free moisturizer at the Mac counter. I didn’t want to get upset, but it was so disrespectful to sell other products. While at the Mac counter.. I’ll just continue to order online because this is just a mess! P.S. The girl at the benefit counter knew that customers only wanted Mac product because we asked for them! It was disrespectful in every way when a customer wants Mac products to try to sell benefits products to get their sales up. I asked for the purple blush I saw that Mac had, she bought me benefit blush. So disrespectful to Mac customers

Best selection of items in Columbia! Need to try here before other stores or going out of town! Since Columbiana is the only mall in town, I would try here first if you need the item fast!

I went to Belk men’s store in Harbison. They really need to work on their customer service etiquette. The way some of the older women in there are rude, and don’t know how to talk to the customer. I really didn’t like my experience there today.
