I don't understand how you work at a hair store and have ZERO knowledge of the hair or products in the store??♀️ its a few ladies that work at thus store in the wig section that's knowledgeable but them ones upfront and walking around are clueless and lost.

I brought a wig from here only to find out that the wig was marked up 300%. After doing some research all of the products are marked up quite a bit. I’m not sure if it’s marked up to make up for shoplifting but I strongly discourage any black people from shopping here. It’s bad enough that they are capitalizing off of the black hair products and on top of that they are over charging. Buy from somewhere else!!!

This shop is so clean, organized, and the staff is so nice!!!2 ladies helped me pick out a wig and I cannot brag on them enough, they talked me through the different styles and helped me make a decision. Officially my new favorite beauty supply store.

I don't like that you spend your money there ALL the time and your a member BUT..you can't take something back..even if it's NOT opened after ..I think it's 2 weeks....my point is the product is NOT opened and you can clearly see by my phone number I purchased it there

Nice beauty place. They have a beautiful selection of wigs...alot more than I imagined. It's a huge place and we'll organized. Only downside is the lady in the wigs won't stop talking and follows you around while you're trying to look.
