The staff at the Columbia SC location on Two Notch road bent over backwards to assist me with taking the heavy batteries to and from my car. They assisted me in every possible way with installing the UPS batteries and explained what the numbers on each battery mean. I left feeling like a valued customer. I will go to this location for my future specialized battery needs.

I recently visited Batteries Plus on Two Notch to get the battery in my key fob replaced, and I couldn't be happier with the service. A gentleman promptly assisted me, expertly changing the battery in no time at all. The process was quick, efficient, and hassle-free, which I greatly appreciated. The staff's professionalism and knowledge made for a seamless experience, and I left the store feeling confident that my key fob was in perfect working condition. I have a positive experience every time I go to the Two Notch location. Most recently, I needed to get a new key fob programmed for my vehicle. Everyone in the store was friendly and greeted me upon entry. Thomas programmed my fob quickly and efficiently and provided excellent customer service. 10/10 experience!

My key broke off from the key fob so I had to get another key made. I went to batteries plus and Daniel the manager helped me out so much. I really appreciate him. He talked with me about everything got everything fixed for me with my key and now I’m back on the road. I really would like to appreciate him. Thank you so much.

The staff here is always helpful. I usually purchase my watch batteries here with the lifetime warranty and they switch them out once they don't work. I have also used them for new key fobs, vehicle keys, and phone screen replacement. I recently had an issue where my key fob was randomly locking and unlocking my doors. One of the associates opened it and let me know that the circuit board was loose and to order a new key fob shell from Amazon which was $10. Once I received it I took it in and they switched out the circuit board and battery for me at no cost. So far it's working great and they saved me about $300 because the dealership said it was probably an electrical issue or I needed a new key fob. They are always fast, knowledgeable, and professional.

We had wonderful customer service with repairs to an iPhone and helpful comments when we replaced a motorcycle battery. These people know their stuff.The store is in Sebring, FL not sure if I entered the wrong store code.
