Every time I visit this location, I spend more because of how beautifully organized this store is. It draws you in, and before you know it, you will have a bag full of different nose pleasing scents. The staff at this location are always helpful and customer friendly, which makes me want to come back every time I am in Sandhills.

2024-04: It has been many years since I've been to this location. The employees were nice and the store was clean and orderly. The only reason for 4 stars is because a few months ago I had a "buy online and pick up in store" order, which I ended up unable to pick up. Usually, you'd get an email stating that your order was cancelled if you didn't pick it up.. instead, I received an email stating that my order was picked up and I was charged for it. (Customer Care ended up refunding me with no issues).

This place is great. The employees are on ready to greet you and help you with anything from questions to help with the purchase and coupons. They really take the time for the customers and show that they care.

It's after Christmas and I visited right after lunch, so I thought it would be a quick in and out. Nope, there were 36 customers in the store and the bubly associate said that's not busy. No matter the season, I guess people love smelling good, enhancing their bath/shower time and saving money ?

Very busy store but there were a lot of employees working. The store is also very small compared to other Bath and Body Works locations.
I love their app and rewards program. I got 2 free items.

They always have great selections on choices and fragrances. However, I want to take the time to acknowledge the staff. Watching how customers can be rude, feisty, confused, etc, and watching the patience of the staff really impressed me. Kylin was such a joy and the young ladies who helped me on the floor.
