Damages done to home by movers in April 2023. I have been calling non stop since April however the store owner and manager are consistently avoiding my calls, not returning calls, and even advised that someone was coming to my home to complete repairs… not to mention I have been dealing the stress from this situation throughout my 3rd trimester. We have given this store an ample amount of time to complete repairs, therefore legal action is the next step.

My experience with Badcock on Decker Rd was not the best. The sales person, Pam was great, but that was the only exception. The delivery team caused damages to my home and never came to fix them. I was lied to by the store owner and store manager who happens to be his son-in-law. I sent a letter and email to the corporate office, I then recieved a promise from the store manager that someone would be out, two different guys came, but never returned. The estimate or damage check occurred December 2022 I have not heard anything. And Badcock has never followed up.My husband told me to return the furniture, but I did not. I wish I would have taken his advice. I will NEVER make any future purchases from this location.

I have had the worst experience with Badcock. I purchased my furniture online and to have it delivered. For the first delivery, no one called the day before or on the day of delivery. So supposedly mistakenly the order got canceled. And this was told to me from customer care in which i sent over 1 hour on hold with. My time is precious and no I don't sit around and wait on a furniture delivery with no communication from the store. I was then scheduled for another day with again no phone call but I sent 27 minutes on hold with customer care. However, this was before I attempted to call the Decker store location with no success. I am then told about a delivery personnel shortage. That's NOT my problem. So if this situation involved your family or friends you would be livid. Therefore, no one in my family or friends will ever purchase furniture from Badcock.And I am still waiting on a call back from the corporate office. Not Steffon from the store.

My experience at Badcock was extremely extraordinary Amazing from Mrs.Pamela’s patience on the floor to how she handled the whole manifest order. I was looking for at least two days before I made my decision. The delivery guys experience professional and their expertise was truly amazing.The guys were Polite efficient gentleman who work smart and gentle with my purchase. It was worth every penny.Lastly what you see on the showroom floor is what they deliver. The quality of the furniture Super. I order a dining room set and a washer and dryer. Way to Go Badcock you Rock right here on Decker !!!!! God Bless

So almost a month ago I went in and bought furniture from the decker store and everything seemed good. We scheduled our delivery for the day after closing on the new house. They absolutely trashed my stairwell. I’m a very understanding person because I too run a business so I wanted to give them the opportunity to make it right. Well fast forward a month later there has been hardly any communication. The store manager Stephon talks a good game but zero action!! I’ve been to the store twice and it seems like they don’t care one bit. This morning I went back to get an update on when these holes will be fixed, Stephon literally told me it’ll be at least another week and a half because the owner is away playing golf!!! At this point we’re taking legal measures because they only want to play games.
