I went to Auto Zone Store #414 to purchase wiper blades and to price something elese for my car and a guy name Steven assisted me with such a pleasant attitude and very patient. I look forward to visiting Auto Zone in the near future for my auto needs.

Management needs to address the profanity by their employees while customers are in the store. (St Andrews at Bush River) Twice I’ve heard vulgar language between employees either sharing a story or complaining to someone on the phone. Both times I walked out without making a purchase. I’ll stick to the Irmo store or Bush River stores and forget going here.

Came to the store and we had a broken key in a switch MR Wayne M went on and beyond to help and find the part in his building and looked every where till he found it .. great customer service.. very grateful for his help .
