I had an excellent experience at Autozone because of Wyatt. He is an absolutely outstanding employee - customer focused, extremely interested in helping, and knowledgeable, which is a bonus. He performed a diagnostic check on my battery and alternator confirmed my van was working within spec. I'll be back at AutoZone for future purchases.

Someone that DID NOT WORK AT THIS STORE, IN FRONT OF THE STORE MANAGER HE ASKED FOR THE DIAGNOSTIC DEVICE, HE PERFORMED THE DIAGNOSTIC ON MY CAR went back in, got the print out of the results INFRONT OF THE STORE MANAGER ! Handed it to me, Told me that he had a shop , the manager recommended him as a mechanic! I went to this supposed to be shop he made it seem that he replaced the CANISTER PURGE VALVE all he did was wipe out my computer. I payed him thinking that he repaired my car just to turn around and next morning my check engine light came back on ! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE ! And of course now the man is nowhere to be found !

I went to your Two Notch Rd Columbia SC, location to pick up the product I called about,and the entire staff was very accommodating and I purchased the product I desperately needed and was very pleased and I remain very pleased I highly recommend this store and this location to others..Thank you Joel Hudson: )

I went to AutoZone #1037 (Two Notch Rd.) for a car battery. The young lady was very helpful, she changed my battery in no time at all & even clean some leaves off my air vent. (Gave me a helpfully tip) Thank you again!

visited this location around 6:30p EST...extremely poor employee attitude towards senior citizens, the employee suggested it was too late for me to be out, that I may need to go somewhere safe, he thought it was humorous to make snide remarks as he grinned... even after contacting AutoZone's assistance line and a call back which the store manager was to get back with me regarding this issue DID NOT...... never will I do business with AUTOZONE again, there are other Auto Parts Stores....O'Reilly's is now my go to Auto Parts Location...... Damn AutoZone's piss poor employees and services

I stopped in on my way from Chester because I was told I was 1/2 quart low on my oil - I walked in and was immediately greeted by Rae - He said “ Is there anything I can help you with?” - I just needed a quart of oil - Rae went straight to the oil - ask me “are you looking for any particular brand? And I said “cheap “ but he grabbed the $5.99 quart which was a great brand and price - took it to the counter, checked me out and then said “We can put your oil in for you free” and I was thrilled because I honestly hate getting grease all over my hands and then getting it on my steering wheel, and others areas inside my car - Plus, it’s so rare that anyone takes the time for anyone anymore, especially this day in time . Most clerks just want you to get in and out and will not go the xtra mile - but not Rae - he was absolutely amazing with his customer service skills and his willingness to help me regardless if it was going to interrupt whatever else he had going on . I then explained that my car engine light had come on a few days ago and we realized that my 10 yr old car is using oil even after I have my bi-monthly oil changes. I had told Rae that the mechanic in Chester, that I just came from the same morning said that he thought that I could have a issue with a sensor, crank shaft or emissions, so Rae said “ We can put the diagnostic to it for Free and tell you exactly what it is - sure enough, he went in & grabbed the little machine, a 3 minutes later came out with a printed report of that the issue was - it was the emissions sensor - tubing that needed replaced- I felt like I was in a time warp - this is how we did business in the 80’s & 90’s - real customer service, genuine, caring, concerned and caring service - Not distracted by his cell phone, no attitude in having to help me, not having to hunt someone down - This is how it should he and Rae set the bar high - Rae is a asset to this store, company and should train all of the employees with this same service that was extended to me - I will never forget the peace, joy and confidence I felt after driving away from Auto Zone feeling safe, and my small problem with my car was a simple and affordable fix - Thank you, Rae for going above and beyond and to make me feel like my issue mattered - You are the best -Sincerely,Ashley Phillips

My wife's car battery had completely crapped the bed randomly, and she had work the next day. I brought it over to this location and was helped by Greg. He has been by far the most professional and competent worker at any auto zone I have ever been to. He quickly changed my car battery and got it up and running even with a lot of other customers in the store. His hustle and kindness makes this my top choice for anything auto related
