This was our first experience with Audi Columbia and Kyle absolutely was the best! He was not pushy at all and made sure we understood all of our options. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. He kept us updated from the moment we ordered until the day our SQ8 arrived and we got to take it home. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming to us. Would 100% recommend Audi Columbia!

I cannot say enough great things about Kyle C. and the rest of the team at Audi Columbia. Kyle went out of his way to find me the specific Q3 I wanted that wasn’t on the lot. He tracked one down and worked with me throughout the whole process, continually providing me updates and ensuring I content. The process was fast and convenient doing majority of the paperwork over the phone and through email. Again, Kyle and the team went above and beyond to find me the perfect Q3. I have not had brand loyalty to this point but simply (other than Audi being amazing) their customer service will bring me back and not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends despite the dealership being out of state. I had not experienced this level of professionalism and true care from other Audi locations in my area.Thank you Kyle and Audi Columbia!

Ok so I’m a huge car guy. I’ve own 26 vehicles including my new one. Took a chance coming to Audi. Wasn’t sure what I was going to see. I met Andrew first. Really nice guy. Impressed me so much I came back later for a test drive. 2022 Q7 premium plus. Just what I was looking for. Next was Davis. Really nice guy no pressure sales guy ??. I told him what I needed to make this deal work and he was good. Next I had to speak to the business Manager Jamar McKinney. Nice guy very professional which is great for me. He worked really hard to get me a deal that I was happy with. That’s all you can ask for. Can I leave here feeling good about the deal. Everything went well and I’m a totally satisfied customer. Thanks guy’s appreciate you. Oh can’t forget Noah. He’s the Audi tech. Yeah definitely need to speak to Noah ??

I had way better experience with other advisors. Contact with my advisor was always done if I reached out. I was forced to pay 100% cost for a part that i was told that was in back order without no ETA. I contacted Audi in Charlotte and Charleston and got a quoted price that was way less than the price i was given. Brought that to the advice attention he then says the part pricing had changed once i stated it was cheaper elsewhere. If the price had changed why wasn’t me the customer ever notified or kept up to date on the part or price changing, Was told I couldn’t use military discount for my service or part as it didn’t qualify for that. Once I paid for the part one week later i reached out for update because no contact or update had been done to me. I was told that my part would arrive Tuesday 9/5/23. That was on Friday 9/1/23. I check the status the next day it showed my vehicle was ready at 5:18 pm. Called the next day after i received notification and a service that was to take 5 hours was completed, I’m in doubt whether the correct service or action was done. Still wasn’t allowed to apply military discount or anything. This service experience was def not one i expected to have.

From the phone conversation with Andrew Jenkins the day before arriving at the dealership, to the last handshake we shared before I drove off in my new car, this car buying experience has been the best! Everyone was so pleasant and caring. Customer service was terrific. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

My Service advisor was very friendly and easy to talk to. The waiting area was clean and had a variety of snacks and drinks to choose from.What truly stood out was the level of transparency throughout the process. I received a text with a link to a video on the status of my car. I was blown away by that. My car was detailed and tires shined. I was not expecting that level of cleanliness after getting it serviced.The attention to detail and the genuine care for customer satisfaction were evident in every aspect of my experience. I can confidently say that this dealership values its customers and their vehicles.

We worked with Devin as our sales man. He was great in helping answer all the questions that we had. Allowed us to take multiple test drives really allowing us to get a feel of the car. Was also very informative to any questions that we had. Over all had a great experience shopping would recommend him to anyone looking. The whole team was friendly helping to get the finishing touches as well.

Audi of Columbia made my car buying experience very easy. All of the salesman were very nice. Kyle was excellent, very patient, and ultimately got me in a car that I absolutely love. Noah was also great, he made sure that I knew every function the car had to offer. I would definitely recommend Audi of Columbia to anyone that is looking to buy a car.

Great experience with this Audi dealership and Chris in particular. He was very informative and explained everything very thoroughly. Had to come for several visits and he worked with me both times and made it a very seamless process to get my vehicle issue fixed. I also loved the video walkthrough that explained everything by the service technician. I would definitely recommend coming to Audi Columbia for service.

Amending my original bad review. I bought a used Audi from another dealership. Shortly after purchasing, some issues came up. Long story short, after my warranty expired my car experienced a failure that required an expensive fix. This dealership's management and service department bent over backwards to help get my expired warranty to cover more than half of the expense. The time they took to communicate with me and help me through this frustrating situation was more than helpful. Very thankful to the general manager and my cars service advisor Linda.

Buyers beware! I test drove a blue 2021 Adudi A4. Only 2 minutes after pulling out of the lot the low tire light came on. We wobbled our way back to the dealer and parked in the service bay. Needless to say we did not make a purchase. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere!

7/23 - The Audi service department get an A+++ from me.They cover your seat and put a place mat down before getting into your vehicle so they won't get any dirt inside or get it dirty or oil on anything.The customer service from Justin S was great ?? the service technician was wonderful very informative, they sent me a video to let me know what was going on with my vehicle ? I have never seen anything like this from a mechanic, dealership, or service department; in reality you don't know what they are doing once they take your vehicle in the back so the video was very refreshing ? was not expecting that?. The establishment was clean. The only thing I was missing was a coffee ☕️ and a snack and hopefully they had that for customers who have to wait, I wasn't able to check out the lobby/ waiting area. I will be back if needed. Thanks! ?
