i was very satisfied with the store rep that helped with my transaction she was very polite and explained everything that i had questions about.However there was a store rep that seemed like she had a problem with me. she does not know me and i do not know her. i was extremely uncomfortable as a customer. i have past experiences where she doesn't seem like she wants to be there and very unfriendly nature. i believe her name is Q Jackson. she then began to talk amongst her coworkers. if i had not got another phone with AT&T i would have discontinued service.

We had an awesome rep. His name is Mack,he approached us as soon as we entered the store and asked how May I help you today. Mack was very friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable and professional.I would recommend to go to this location and ask for Mack.

I had a great customer service experience from the manager and a couple of sales associates. Mack was the associate that helped me through the process and he was fantastic. I think your organization is fortunate to have someone like him that is personal, knowledgeable and easy to work it. Kudos to him and for the entire store for making my switch from Verizon an effortless one.

I have had AT&T since it was Cingular & today was the 1st time I’ve ever gotten Terrible service! I would have given this location 1star if it was based on this interaction; Quiana Jackson’s attitude is deplorable! She stared by saying “this ain’t a sale anyway!” She continued with her NASTY attitude & disposition— even motioning to take things further “what’s up, I’ll be here!” Her manager had to tell her to move & stop several times before she left the area. She has clearly not aligned herself with AT&T’s values & culture surrounding customer experience & interactions! Quiana 1star! However, Lyndon & Ron are phenomenal 5stars!

The customer service is beyond compare. Both Ron on setting up our two new iPhones and Gianna getting my wife’s Apple Watch into the plan, updated and fully sync’d. Strong recommend the Sandhills AT&T store.

it took 1 day to get a phone delivered to my place of resident and that phone was broken and 4 more days to get a replacement phone that never was ordered. I had to call att myself to get a replacement phone and that was the 6th days. I was out of business all that time missed important appointments ... Every man in that store lied to me.came in around 6,630pm I watch them stall until closing time, at 8pm to tell me that the order was sent in and I should receive a refurbish working phone that never came until I called att myself... they did not use my insurance wanted to charge me $250... I did not want to return to your store for set up, to hear more lies matter for of fact I want to be free from att after 15 years no special treatment for loyal customers, just what ever move on lady I'm working on someone else attitude. Gee Thanks

Lonnie Graham is the manager and he is very rude. Please get another manager and some stuff. If you don’t have a heart to work with people then you shouldn’t be working the public.

RUDE RUDE RUDE.Went in today to get a new phone for my kid….. they were out of everything, but that’s cool. Decided while I was there to get my screen protector replaced since it has a crack in it. The lady then tells me that my screen protector isn’t one of the lifetime variants. I explain to her that it is, and it’s been replaced twice now at this very location. She then paces around for 25 minutes, so I go up to her and let her know that not only is this one under warranty, but the one I just bought for my other 14 pro max was too. She said she found that one, but not for my original 14 pro max….also they’re out of stock anyways. I ask what am I suppose to do with mine, and she offers to let me speak to her manager. I said I don’t have anymore time, and SHE THROWS THE RECEIPT AT ME. Of course, I toss is right back. She then proceeded to call me “Rude as hell,” in front of my son. Is this how you let your employees speak to your loyal customers?

No long stories, just go to Verizon. Better service, more expensive. But you what you pay for. All areas open, no frozen spots. Service much better. Verizon appreciates their customers.
