Brandon is so helpful! I switched services from T-mobile and from an IPhone to an Android. I'm literally learning this phone with the help of Brandon. Whenever I'm clueless about this phone, I take a trip to the store to gain knowledge!Fantastic customer service skills and very knowledgeable!!!!
