I stopped by the AT&T store. I had walked just 3 steps inside the store whenst, to my surprise, I see a smiling agent approaching me. “Hi, welcome to AT&T. How may I help you?”Impressive.So I explained my issue, and he began to assist me. Literally 60 seconds later I was walking out the door. Problem solved.Talk about fast!I just love AT&T! ?.

My service was awesome with Charity and the store manager Nikki very knowledgeable on what service needed to be provided no speed up service very quick on getting information needed to address the customer highly recommended me and my family will continue our services here

Do not get AT&T service. Their customer service on the ohone is terrible. They even put you through a telemarketer just to talk to some about your account. They add fees upon fees. The bill is never what they tell you it will be. All of the "credits" you may or may not get. Their app and phone system for service is just awful.

I did pick IPhone 14 for this only affordable but no trade in. As thought Black Friday in purpose get 50% off since online can not progressing keep rejection or glitch error and what I seen on my email said come grab Black Friday Iphone14 specifically special is same I went inside store.

I went to the store 11/17 in the evening to pay off a device and upgrade. They couldn’t tell me over the phone if they had the one I wanted in stock, which is why I made the 40 minute drive. It didn’t take long for a store rep to help me and pull up my account. I asked again if they had the phone I wanted and he proceeded to look up every promotion that they had going on when all I wanted to do was pay and upgrade. I didn’t mind that. He went to the back and then told me they didn’t have the phone so I thanked him for his time and left. I decided to just order it and have it shipped to my house and when I went to check out, the AT&T app stated that they DID have the phone in the store. It was 10 minutes until closing time so I didn’t bother to go back but I did pay off my device and did the in store pick up the next day. I still wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and believe that the phone really wasn’t at their store but when I went the next day, they did have it. I’m very upset I had to come in two days in a row and I’m not sure why I was lied to about the phone not being in stock. The second store rep that helped me wasn’t very friendly and didn’t ask if I needed help setting up my device, which thankfully I didn’t but I made sure to make sure everything worked with the new phone before I walked out of the store. I’m not sure if they switched management or just new employees, but the atmosphere was not very friendly and they wasted my time. I’ve been coming to this particular store for years and this was the first time things went this way.

My husband needed to swap out his old iPhone 5S. We brought an iPhone 8 from a Verizon user. Kyle was able to unlock the Verizon phone, transfer my husband's apps & data, & get us out within an hour at no charge. Thanks!

Poor customer service. My son and I came into the store looking for an upgrade. I've been an AT&T customer for 20 years. The gentlemen named Kyle was rude . How in the world can you treat somebody like that and still have a job. That store has changed so much. The customer service does not exist. .

Very untrustworthy.... Was told I was singing up for a 2 year promotion, but was lied to and put on a 3 year.. All fellow veterans, please be advised this company just wants your money. NO INTEGRITY!
