They were able to get me an even better refrigerator than the one I ordered from Lowes at a great price and delivered it the same day. “I had open heart open triple surgery and needed up quickly buy and have delivered a recliner that I could sleep in. Badcock was the only Furniture store who cared enough to make the effort to get me what I needed to purchase. One store could have cared less, one store would sell me one, but it had to come from the warehouse, they refused to sell and replace their floor model the next morning, however Badcock was more than willing to help me as a paying customer what I needed. I should have went there in the first place. They did the same thing for my Sister in 2009. They have a wide offering of home friendly, well made furniture.”

“I always find it interesting to read others reviews before I post my experience. I was very surprised by the low reviews based on my rental. However many of the 1 and 2 stars are from years ago, so perhaps Home Depot heard your cries for help and improved. We rented a large jack hammer to deal with some very stubborn rock (from hell since even the excavator we rented [from a machine rental company] was not doing the job). From my 1st phone call to the return process, these young ladies were great and very knowledgeable, kind and courteous. They were crazy busy from the moment I walked into the store with pick ups, drop offs, phone calls, walk ups asking questions, helping load (yes these ladies were loading equipment, too), they really were very patient super stars, especially now during covid and all the extra that extra work it entails. I can definitely say my experience at HD tool rental department were definitely 5 stars.”

“The absolute best experience with the team late evening July 6th. I beleive the team member/youngman's name starts with an A. He is very knowledgeable and helpful... the best! In addition, the two team members working at customer service check out are also the best! Although, the item I came for was not instock due to my last minute shopping error...the great experience overrides driving to another location. Thanks Home Depot Sandhill ? ? ?”

“I have consistently had good customer service experiences here. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I recently had an issue with an item that I purchased and had to go back to exchange. A woman named Myesha who originally helped me check out, and then again, went out of her way to help me when I needed to exchange the item. I believe the managers name was Alex.
He was super responsive and helpful with the staff on what appeared to be a very busy day. I had three different people help me and they were all equally as kind.
I will definitely shop there again and recommend it to anyone in the area. They are knowledgeable, will help you find what you need, and treat you well.”
