“From the very beginning the entire staff has been welcoming and accommodating. They seem eager to create change and are upgrading units with each new tenant. We are very pleased with the cleainess of our unit at move in. The staff are very friendly which makes it easy to interact and connect with them for any reason. Our kids are loving the clean playground.”

“I have lived here for the past six years and am honestly heartbroken that I have to move due to a job in a different state. This place is admittedly not without its minor inconveniences (parking can be kind of horrible and like a weird system you have to game (visitor's parking is basically always overcrowded, the parking lot can be pretty full at night after a certain time, people park in areas they really shouldn't that make the entire parking lot harder to navigate safely) pet owners don't clean up after their pets all the time, when there are home games during the football season traffic in the area is horrid to the point I don't leave the apartment since it is too much of a headache, the train systems that run nearby can be a real inconvenience since they block off roads, one of the two elevators seems to always be out of commission, package room can be a bit of a headache to find your items), but the positives FAR outweigh those negatives. The maintenance team deals with issues within apartments quickly and effectively, the place is pretty quiet, the rental team is kind and helpful (big shout out to Zachary), renters primarily keep to themselves but from my experience are pretty kind, the apartments are a great size with high ceilings, etc. I wrote down all the negatives I could think of above, and everything else has been absolutely wonderful. I don't write many reviews, but as I am searching for a new apartment at the moment I realize how vital these reviews are for others looking to rent, so I wanted to leave a review for this place I've called home for the past six years and I will miss very much.”

“Angie, Lynn, and others in the office are all great. They are very nice and always helpful. I see a lot of other complexes that have issues with office staff not being present but you won’t ever have that issue here.If you are in a non-renovated apartment, you may come across issues with your appliances just due to them being dated but the maintenance staff will literally show up moments after you place a maintenance request and they are all very helpful.Bugs are kinda insane during the summer if you live on the riverside but there really isn’t much that staff can do about that, just a heads up.The landscapers keep the area nice year round and everyone that I have encountered in the complex are all really friendly.I recommend this apartment complex!”

“Nice apartment complex. Pet friendly. Quiet and roomy. Pool is open during warmer months. Fitness center is convenient. The walls are thin though. You can literally hear when the toilet flushes in the other apartments.”

“I have lived at Huntington Place for 3 years. I've had a wonderful experience living here! Apartments are spacious, well kept and reasonably priced. Any time I've had a maintenance issue, the maintenance crew showed up quickly and fixed any problem I had! Office staff were also very kind and helpful throughout my time here. I hate to leave due to personal reasons, but I will be sure to recommend Huntington Place to anyone looking for an affordable, beautiful apartment complex in the Columbia area! Thanks for a great 3 years!”

“Living at granby was the most fun I’ve had in college. The apartments are beyond spacious, neighbors are extremely social, and I always knew there was plenty to do. Whether it is the volleyball courts, the pool, or basketball court there was always fun to be had. To any person thinking about living here I can not recommend it enough. Great place to live and it will greatly add to your college experience”

“I’m leaving a review solely based on the new maintenance team. They have been attentive, quick, and thorough. Not to mention, My elderly parents are here visiting and I had a bunch of trash to take down to the dumpster from Christmas. I live on the third floor. The maintenance guys saw us carrying it down the stairs. They ended up helping carry all the trash down and even took it to the dumpster for us! I’m beyond thankful for their generosity and kindness. Please tell them thank you!”

“I moved here a few months ago and I love it! The staff is super nice! They hold community events and have local food trucks come in often. It is very quiet and clean and has a very nice sized dog park for my pups to play and run around. The apartments are very spacious. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath and I love it! So far this place gets two thumbs up from me.”

“This is one of the best maintained, income-based housing complexes I’ve seen around! The grounds are well kept by a friendly maintenance staff, the office staff is very helpful and attentive, and I love the fenced in area outside my patio door. Great for my little ones to play safely. Good job Carriage House!”

“The Roseberry, is the best keep secret in Columbia SC. The Roseberry Apartments are located in the northeast area, close to stores, restaurants, movies, barbershop, hair salon and gas stations. The beautiful grounds, pool, washer&dryer included, free cable. The staff was amazing , this is still my #1 choice of apartments. Hidden, in plain sight!”
