The service was phenomenal. The staff made me feel so comfortable. From the receptionist, optometrist and Panistia, the sells rep provided awesome customer service and support. Highly recommended!!!!

I have been an America’s Best customer for over 20+ years. I have been to multiple locations in various states, including Indiana, Ohio, Florida, Georgia, and most recently, Columbia, SC. Because I move frequently, I have always enjoyed the perks of knowing that the company had my eye history, and if I ran out of contacts, I could easily pick up more either online or in person. Because of this, I have always been a member of the eye club.However, within the last few years, I have noticed a significant change within America’s Best stores. Customer service has been lacking; locations lack availability, and stores were unkept. And overall, the customer experience has been poor. It’s gotten to the point, that I made the decision that when my current eye club member contract expired that I would not renew and just use a traditional method for eyecare.This all changed after going to America’s Best off Two Notch Road. From start to finish, I was highly impressed on how they got everything right. They had availability to see the eye doctor within a few days. As soon as I booked my appointment, I received emails and text messages confirming my time. The day before my visit I received a phone call, making sure I was still available and to see if I had any questions. When I arrived to my appointment, I was greeted by everyone who worked there. The location was pristine; I honestly felt like I was walking into the new facility. The process was so quick. My appointment took around 30 minutes, from check-in to the pre-screen, formal eye exam, and paying for new contact lenses. Alisha, Sam, Campbell, and Quanesha were such a phenomenal team. You could tell that they all took pride in their work. Even though they were very efficient and quick, they were still able to provide professional and personable experience.

Went to America's Best on Two Notch Rd to have my glasses adjusted. Was warmly welcomed when I walked in. Sam helped adjust my glasses to a perfect fit, all the while with a happy face and very pleasant attitude

They lie to me about the price of the contact lenses told me one box and two boxes of color Lenses for 145.77 plus the taxes when I got there to pay Nikki said one box of color Lenses is 119.00!. I asked for Serena but she was not there everyone else including Dr.Campbell was nice but not Nikki she flipped the script. Overcharged big time. Still have not received contact lenses it's like someone else is getting my second box for free.probably person who keeps stealing my identity and money.

This was such a fast and efficient exam! I broke my glasses and they were able to get me in same day. Great glasses selection as well.
