HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY FOR OVER A DECADE. THE FIRST TIME I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ONE MICHELIN TIRE (WHO BOASTS THEIR "30-DAY RIDE GUARANTEE,") I CAN NOT GET THEM TO SWAP OUT THE ONE DEFECTIVE TIRE FOR ANOTHER ONE. BEWARE! THIS IS NOT A COMPANY WITH WHOM YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS. MY NEXT REVIEW WILL INCLUDE THE NAMES OF THE REPRESENTATIVES THAT WERE NOT WILLING TO HELP.

American Tire Distributors Inc, is an extremely difficult company to do business with. Upon calling, the Rep will demand an Account/ Location # (which if you don't have one, you better have a Phone # and/ or Street Address, Contact, DNA sample, Great-Grandmother's maiden name etc)Under normal circumstances, after 9-10 minutes have passed, the Rep, (who ironically seems to remain in a state of Zen) will circle back to the beginning questions, only to frustrate the caller even further...From these experiences, we will be calling everyone BUT this vendor for future tire needs, even if we have to pay more.Kind Regards,

The counter service and delivery is great. The fact that a credit card, business credit card can't be swiped on site is crazy .
